My current goal is to lose body fat, and cut up with some strength and muscle mass gains. I am 5'4 height, current weight 134, body fat 24%. I eat 4 times a day very clean, and train 5 days a week with a body part each day and 30 minutes of cardio.
Remember I am currently taking 2 iu's ed of HGH, and 75mg of t4. I'm wondering if I should up the t4 at all? I hear different opinions for women in reference to what we already produce and what I should up it too. Then I just got 10mg's of anavar. Because of my age I have been using the 2 iu's of hgh at night and taking the t4 in the morning. I have trained since the 80's in powerlifting, fitness, and figure. I'm not looking to compete anymore, but want muscle and to be lean.
