So she's 30 yrs old. Used to be a power lifter, go figure. Went through cervical cancer, beat it, and over the serveral years of battling this cancer, gained a considerable amount of weight. He BF% is high, but yet she has suprising amount of LM still. Her plan is Clen and T3 for 2wks on 2wks off. Of course, she has a diet and exercise program in place, and for the past few months she is making great improvement, she's just ready to get a jump on it...

Week1
Clen: day1-3: 40mcg, day4-7 60mcg
T3: day1-3: 20mcg, day4-7 40mcg

Week 2:
Clen; day1-4: 80mcg, day5-7: 100mcg
T3; day 1-4:60mcg, day 5-7: 80mcg

What are your thoughts. Any advice I could give her??? Shouldnt she be ramping down as well? I would like 100mcgs is too high for female on clen..same with 80mcg t3...what you think? And doesnt she only have to wait a week between 2 week runs? I dont know shit about these compounds or females in this particular situation...lookin for some wisdom here.

I can vouch for what the guy above states! Diet ftw!

I agree with both of ya. She's used clen, alone once before and lost a lot, real fast, and so I think she's kinda stuck in her way that it's what she wants to do. And now she's has done some research and got her hands on both T3 and Clen. So she's doing her thang! haha. I agree, I think with a better diet, and more cardio, she'd be a 10. But as it stands, I thought I would bring this one to the board to get some more thoughts and opions. And hopefully a female somewhere on here will chime in and lay some wisdom. Thanks guys.

Hello,

What are her stats ? & how does her diet & training routine look like ? Has she had any progress since putting on the weight ?

Battling cancer is no walk in the park, hapy to hear she beat it... I know we all want that "extra" edge & quick results.. but she needs to keep in mind it took years to gain the weight & it will take some time to lose it...
Personally I'm not a fan of clen, but once she brings down her BF & has a solid diet/training she can look into using Clen & T3.

Have her join, there's a lot of good info on this site that she can benefit from.

Good luck to her :)

Thank u. I would put her stats at about 5'7" about 175lbs. Shes lost about 15to lbs so far. Going strong. Shes got great motivation and an awesome supporton group.

No problem, it's great that she's focused and motivated...

The main factor for her is going to be her diet, based on her stats her TDEE is around 2,178 calories, she should aim for 500 cals below her TDEE... Some people need a larger deficit, but she needs to keep in mind that cutting calories too much slows down the metabolic rate, decreases thyroid output and causes loss of lean mass, I know many people (specially ladies) that make this mistake and think they need to eat a very restricted calorie diet and then wonder why they're weight loss has stalled.

I think the best approach would be to keep the calorie deficit through diet small, while increasing activity level... since this will help her lose fat, gain muscle & will speed up her metabolism... A good strength training & high intessity cardio routine will do this for her.

How does her training routine look like now ?

standard 30-45 minutes a day of cardio. And I would say about 4 days per week.

Is she only doing cardio ? If she is she should definitely add strength training, although cardio does burn calories (even more than weight lifting) Her muscle is going to be what regulates her metabolism. Her metabolism is going to be the amount of calories she burns at rest throughout the day..So the more muscle she has the more calories she'll burn through out the day.

She can add a simple 3 day routine, doesn't have to be complicated, the combination of Diet/cardio & weight training is what will give her the results.
