the A (asprin is not needed) just a basic ephedrine/caffiene stack is great.
start with a low dose of ephedrine, 8-12mg with 200mg of caffiene 2-3xday. work slowly up to 24mg of ephedrine if she has no problem with the lower doses.
IMO its best to give your a body a break from the stack, as we know the body adaptes quite easily. either dont take the EC stack on non workout days, or else not on the weekends. up to her.
