Few questions for my 1st cycle

I am about to start my 1st cycle within the next 2-4 weeks and have a few questions that i wouldnt mind answering.

Obviously with it being my 1st cycle im not going to go overboard and was planning on lixus test 400, 200mg on monday and 200mg on fridays along with 30mg dbol daily.

Im 22 and been training for about 4 years but training hard for the past 2 years 2 years, ive done quite a bit of research and my diet is decent, im 6ft and weigh 198lbs with about 15% bodyfat.

1. Will 400mg a week be enough to see decent enough gains? I know most of it is in the diet but just wondering if i should maybe up the dosage.

2. What post cycle therapy (pct) shoud i use, i have read on that many different forums about what to take etc etc but i was thinking of taking 10mg nolvadex daily and 2 wueks after my last jab taking clomid. Would that be my bets bet or does anyone recommend anything different for post cycle therapy (pct) as i want to do it properly and keep as much gains as possible.

3. Has anyone tried the lixus test 400 before and seen any decent results from it, im hoping to gain about 20-25lbs and keep at least 15lb of that

4. Finally im eating around 4000 calories clean a day but struggling to eat so much, does anyone have any little tips to what they eat to get the calorie intake up without eating anything to high fatty
 
brother,if this is your first cycle,imo i would drop the dbol and go with test only at 500mg/week for 12-14 weeks with a good PCT plan....reason,you dont know how your body will react with the addition of dbol your 1st go around,it has some sides,as does testosterone,so keep it simple and see what sides you get from test and deal with them,then next cycle add dbol and when and if sides occur,you will know which compund is giving you the sides and you can deal with them accordingly,would be my best advice,im just trying to help brother,let me know if i can help you,i will be glad to!!!:yesway:

So would probably be best off buying some more test then as i was only going to run it for 10 weeks. Ill probably get slated for saying this but ive used bdol only before, one of the lads in the gym had some and i gained about 8lbs but only kept 2lbs of it. I know it was stupid doing a dbol only course but hey u live and you learn, i didnt get any side affects really apart from the usual bloating, just thought it would be good to kick start the cycle.

What would you recommend for pct?

Sup man, Bullseye got you set up right but you asked for more info so here you go:

In regards to the Dbol, even though you took it before try a test only 1st, cause your gonna be wondering is this from the dbol or test.. or both or wtf is going on? Even though you think you gained 2 lbs on it I'm sure you can gain 2lbs natty in 5 weeks. 200 lbs is gonna be easy to add weight to! How much do you wanna stretch the ligaments and tendons in your body? Just go with test, but I am beating a dead horse as Bullseye has already covered this.

I would try Test E and I would do 500 mg a week not 400. I know you should try to make gains on the least amount as possible but hey... 250 is easier to measure out ~1ml- 1ml~ and I would hate to shut down my system and not have enough test. This should not have a drastic effects on sides, BUT a lot of people would say go with 400mg instead still. So that is my opinion. One thing is for sure; do monday thurdays or sat wed.
You have a 5-2 spread instead of a 4-3. Try to get the injects as close to 3.5 days apart. Don't be crazy about it but it helps for balancing spikes and dips.

Also you don't have to do nolva till the end with your clomid. You can choose to do only nolva post cycle therapy (pct) and no clomid ( not a good move IMO). 2 weeks after last shot of E do 40/40/20/20 nolva and 50 mg clomid for 21-28 days. Check out the post cycle therapy (pct) sticky here it has great info.

Done my 1st jab on friday and my second one on tuesday, decided to do 400mg of the test 400 for weeks 1-10 then my bdol weeks 2-5. So now its just time to train even harder and wait for the gains to show. Here is my daily diet, please feel free to point out if i should be adding more carbs protein cals etc etc

Meal 1. Bowl of cereal, 4 slices of brown bread toast with 2 tins of sardines in tomato sauce. (800 cals)

Meal 2. Whey protein shake, 3 scoops, with 2 bannans and 1 scoop of porridge oats (500 cals)

Meal 3: 2 tins of tuna in brine, jacket potato with cheese beans and coleslaw or some sort of pasta (1000 cals)

Meal 4. Whey protein shake, 3 scoops, with 2 bannans and 1 scoop of porridge oats (500 cals)

Meal 5: Fillet Steak with new potatoes or full chicken with salad (700 cals)

Meal 6: Sugar free jelly ( 0 cals)

A few pieces of fruit in between (200 cals)

So roughly over 3500 calories. Any thoughts?
