Looking swol. In order to get rid of your midsection fat like you asked, you are going to just have to lean out. The body takes the fat from wherever it wants. Spot reduction is a myth(mostly) As for chest, all i can say is , use good form and isolate the chest and find out what works for you. Be it low reps/heavier weight lighter reps/lower weight. Some people have trouble engaging the pectoralis muscles during exercise and it's one of the reasons they have trouble gaining hypertrophy in that area. Good progress man, keep it up.
