I cant eat chicken all day, eveyday, red meat is a lot more filling and taste better
Yeah I can eat a lot, chicken doesnt fill me up, rather just taste dry and plain, I prefer tuna over chicken anydays, u habe to enjoy what u eat too
Now give me red meat and I can easily pack back 300+ pro a day, but then comes the fat content in ground beef as well, so I subsitute shakes inbetween meals and drink egg white straight

idk if it's a black thing but i could eat chicken all day, love red meat but once a day is enough for me
 
Some guys prefer chicken over red meat, or vise versa, as long as u count your macros who really cares where u get your source of protein from

Yesterday meal plan looked like this

Meal 1

1 cup oatmeal, 1 scoop iso pro, 1 cup egg white

Meal 2

150g lean ground beef, 85g uncook pasta (weighed)

Meal 3

Same as meal 2

Meal 4

Same as meal 1

Meal 5

6oz steak, 1 can tuna mixed with 85g pasta, 1 tsp olive oil/mayo

Meal 6

Same as meal 1


Meal 7 ( before bed)

1 cup egg whites, 1 scoop iso pro


Cals 4200
Pro 410g
Carb 400g
Fat 100g

My goals is to put on as much mass as possible to reach my goal weight of 250 before I decided to to diet down
Dont care how long it takes me, time is not an issue with me

U go around here telling everyone the same comments on threads, u search threads of newbie telling them to read the sticky's
Before u knock other peoples physique like u know it all about diet and aas back your shit up and post a pic

Matt, I'm never posting pics here. I didn't start a "progress" thread. I've never started one thread on here. I as most other people have never claimed to know it all. I do know enough to tell that whatever your doing ain't working. It's pretty obvious. Lots of people gave u great advice. U discredit them for not posting a pic. I really could care less either way. As I've said, its entertaining to see. I will post the same link in all the threads that apply. Nothing u can do about it bud. Nothing at all.

Some of the people that posted pics of others to show there 10 week progress just went from having abit of mass to a so called shreded look, like I said I am not dieting down or cutting cals so if u want to see some chizeled abs u are not gonna see it from this guy for quite sometime, to each there own, everyone has goals, if u want that aesthetic look so be it, I dont want that look, I habe my own goals what I want to achieve, the big bb look
