Fina ED or EOD?

I have seen so many people do it either way. Do we have a definite answer on whether it makes much of a difference. If I can avoid shooting ED I would love it but am not willing to sacrifice any gains.

Eod works fine but I think ed is better. I believe it keeps the levels of AS in you system at a more consistant level.

I have used Fina through both methods and cant say I noticed a difference at all.

only difference i noticed on eod was i was more moody, and the "fina cough" occured more often than not. Strength and gains seemed the same.

I agree with you...........jcp2 helped me out with this as well, relaying he didn't think it mattered THAT much.........ED was over-rated! I tend to trust jcp2's words!

I think ED is better, but not much.
