final winter bulk outline (Cyc n Diet) guidance suggested...

alright gents, the Fall is coming n its time 2 bulk up n gain sum muscle mass. my current stats r Age-38, Height-6'0, Weight-180lbs, Bodyfat-15%. i still plan on leaning out a lil more b4 i start my "Program" in Nov.this is what i got planned:

PROGRAM
wks 1-14 Test Cypionate 600mg/wk (Mon 1.5cc, Thurs 1.5cc)
wks 1-12 Deca 450mg/wk (Mon 0.7cc, Thurs 0.8cc)
wks 1-4/8-12 Dbol 40mg/d evry 5hrs (LiverCare (Liv52) 3tabs 3x/d (Wake-up, 3PM, Bedtime)
wks 2-15 HCG 500iu/wk (250iu pinned Tues/Fri)
wks 1-16 Adex at .5mg/eod
PCT
wks 17-20 Clomid 50/50/25/25/10
wks 17-20 Nolva 40/40/20/20/10
wks 18,20 Clen 20mcg/ed

my diet outline is as follows:

Diet
Pre-W/O (710 calories)

Cyto Monster Mass
Flaxseed Oil

Post-W/O (420 calories)

Whey Isolate Protein
Dextrose

Breakfast (800 calories)

4 egg whites + 2 whole eggs
1 cup oatmeal (dry measurement)
1 slice whole grain bread
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 orange

Snack (700 calories)

1 can tuna
1 whole grain tortilla wrap
2 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
1 banana
1 cup low-fat milk
12 almonds

Lunch (800 calories)

6 oz chicken breast
1 ½ cups brown rice
½ chopped pepper
½ cup chopped mushrooms
½ cup chopped carrots
1 tbsp olive oil

Snack (700 calories)

1 scoop protein powder
1 cup low-fat milk
1 banana
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 whole grain bagel

Dinner (800 calories)

6 oz steak
1 cup whole grain pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cups chopped mixed vegetables (to prepare stir-fry)
1 cup low-fat milk
1 cup berries

Snack (700 calories)

1 cup cottage cheese
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
½ cup oatmeal (raw measurement)
20 almonds

reason on having a shake b4 i workin out, is that i get up at 5am n im at the gym by 6am n 2 b honest, i really dont wanna wake up any earlier just 4 the sake of cookin up sumthing solid, id rather get those xtra min sleepin. total kcals- 4900 Protein- 420gr (1680kcals) Carbs- 499gr (2000kcals) Fat- 130gr (1170kcals) n thanx 4 the positives. quick question, during Cyc, what supps do u take n should i include? anyothr info u want, just let me know

What's your macros "now"??? Man that's a good amount of calories even for a bulk at 180 IMO..
 
if im reading this right you are well over 5000 calories.. what makes you believe you will need that much to bulk?
 
looking at your first pic, i think u are leaner then 15% bf bro, i can visibly see a 6 pack which is leading me towards 10-12% bf going by the pic
i think u need to concentrate on putting some mass on that frame, u dont have much to cut, so would start a bulk a.s.a.p and work on that diet or just make it simple and hire 3J while u spend the money on gear, why not spend the money getting a great diet plan as well
But yes if it was me i would bulk now and worry about chopping later on since it's coming up to fall and winter months anyways
