FINAPLIX Mixing Question

In the past I've read a couple sites that has had complete Finaplix mixture procedures. I can't find the links any longer. I've just obtained some Finaplix tabs and want to do the proper research for the mixing. This will be the first time I've done it, so I want to make sure I do it right. Does anyone have a link to a proper mixing site? If so, please post it for me. Thanks for any help.
