Finding a TRT Dr in Melbourne, Australia?

Hey! I'm new to this forum, and found it through researching low Testosterone. I am 18, 19 this month! My T has been checked at 7.5nm/L, then after a week of rest (10 hours sleep a night, deload style of training and in the morning fasted) my levels came back at 17.1nm/L which is a lot better, still definitely not optimal, and in reality, who sits around doing nothing all week year round? I had another test done under the same circumstances, after a meal, the results we 14nm/L. I have also had my Pituitary Gland checked with an MRI, all normal, a sleep test, all normal. Estradiol, thyroid, LSH, etc. etc. are all normal. I have been to 2 GP's, and one Endo, all of which insist I am normal, even though I suffer from anxiety, depression (both without cause other than low T), slight erectile dysfunction, low, low libido, and extreme hardship when trying to build muscle (been lifting for 6 years, no one believe I even train despite getting coaching from elite total powerlifters) on top of having an extremely hard time losing fat. Last year I got myself down to 13% BF, eating 1900 calories a day (I'm 6'4"), doing a bro split of 5 days a week training for 2 hours, on top of walking 3 hours briskly everyday, and running 4km 3 times a week. The moment I tried to up my calories while maintaining that work load, the weight slowly began coming back, right on my hips, back and legs. What I'm trying to say is I think I have never had regular T levels, all throughout puberty these symptoms were the same. My "little buddy" hasn't grown since I was 12, I have a deep voice, but cannot grow facial hair.

Any other information needed, I'll share in a heart beat. I just need help, because this is killing me. Thanks to anyone for reading.

I'm basically just trying to find out if people think my numbers warrant TRT, and if so, what Dr's that recommend. I have all results, and could definitely post them if needed!
