Goal is to maintain muscle and lose some fat -
Weight is 68.5, I reckon I'm about 12% body fat, would be nice to get to 10%.
I recently had a shoulder op so I can't work my upper body much ... so gym sessions are limited mainly to squats (machine) abs and cardio.
The idea is to maintain as much muscle while I'm letting my shoulder heal and see if I can drop some BF in the process.
Today is day 1, took 20mcg; I plan to do two cycles of 14 days each, with the dose increasing daily by 20mcg to a maximum of 100.
Took my temperature this morning, it was 35.8c.
