In terms of "will i use it again", i'd like to wait til i've finished the second round, i think two weeks of anything cant make THAT much difference, so i'll reserve judgement until i finish the second round.

My pleasure - such a wealth of information here, just giving a tiny back ...
As for whether 1kg is good for Clen - it's about fat loss as far as i'm concerned - anyone can lose weight, the tricks is to lose the fat ... So if it's 1kg of which 80% say is muscle, then it's rubbish results. However if the ratio is 80% fat (as Clen is supposed to preserve muscle afaik) then it's fantastic, considering it's achieved in two weeks.
In any case will update once i'm back on it.
 
The Shakes are Back!

Back on the Clen - started off with 120mcg will move up to 140 tomorrow and for the next two weeks.
I'll update if and when I feel necessary and will definitely post the after picture with stats at the end of the two weeks.

Ok. I'll follow you topic. I have not yet started. Still thinking is it necessary for me.
 
A week into round two and I can see the effects, obviously important to keep diet in check, I've been taking this supplement PES Alphamine which helps curb the hunger; not sure it's the wisest thing as it too increases the heart rate, but I haven't had any issues yet. Trying to keep the protein intake high enough and the workouts intense (as much as I can while my shoulder's healing).
Also it helps to have some sleep aid available just in case - I still find it difficult falling asleep at midnight after taking my full dose at 8am, just something to be aware of.
 
Only 3 more days to go - while I am getting the desired results, man I do not like this sh*t.
Makes me feel lethargic and shaky all the time; have to take some other stims to counter the lethargy otherwise I cant perform my job properly, and then something to clam down before bedtime so I could get some sleep ...
I have started this second round with 120mcg going up to 160mcg, that might have something to do with it, I dropped it to 100 today with view to dropping another 20mcg every day the next three days. Dropping to 100 today havent made much difference though.
Will update again with the post picture on Monday, meanwhile if anyone has any questions please shoot.
 
Final post + "after" photo

While I have two more days to go, decided I'll post the after picture today.
I have no accurate way to measure the BF% but I'm pretty sure it's dropped, maybe to around 10% now?
Weight dropped to 65kg from 68 and I haven't seemed to have lost much strength. (As you can tell from the photo I'm going for the lean skinny look rather than bulk muscled ...)
As I mentioned in previous post - If I do cycle this nasty stuff again it'd be on far lower dosage to decrease the side effects.
