First crash? What's going on?

I’m new to all this so some quick background:

I have Hashimoto’s (Synthroid 125 mcg/day). I’m 41, 180 lbs. and very healthy and active. I’ve had T levels of 240-339 (r 348-1197) for a few years so my endo put me on HCG for about three months to get my wife pregnant. That worked fast so he switched me to 200 ml test cyp E4W. I quit that doc because he had me on too much Synthroid (200mcg/day). I went cold turkey on the T to get a baseline for the new doc for 6 months. My mood went to shit and my libido slowed down.

New doc prescribed 100 mg test cyp E2W. My first shot was 2 weeks ago on the 29th. My mood immediately improved. I got a little test flu but aside from that I was back in a good mood. 2nd s hot was last Wednesday. I had trouble getting the T out of the little vial so I think I managed only 50ml or so for the last shot. How you are supposed to get ALL of 2 100 ml doses out of one TINY 200 ml bottle is beyond me.

Here’s the deal: My libido has been WORSE since about last Friday. I mean nada. My mood is still better so I am pleased about that but I am concerned about my lack of wood.

Some questions:

1.) Is this normal?
2.) Are there any supplements I can take to assist this while on T or does the T cancel everything else out? Not necessarily Viagra but supplements.
3.) Does it take a while to get used to the foreign T in your system?

I hope you guys know where I am going with this because I am about to freak out. I am not thrilled with the idea of having to shoot this crap up for the rest of my life.

I know that you've received a lot of feedback already.

What you have is first hand experience with what can happen when your hormones are off.

1) yes normal for e2w.
2) nothing cancels T. I hear that pregnenolone and dhea sublingual or cream can help
3) it can take a day to a week. Also watch out for sodium intake.

Nobody is thrilled at the idea. We all do what we have to do.

Get blood work done to find out where your at. Tell your doc you hate the roller coaster, you want to increase frequency of your shots.

how are you doing it? this is what I do my dose is 1mL per shot. So first you're supposed to draw in as much air as your dosage, so that means I take the cap off and before I put the needle in the vial I draw in 1mL of air, then I put the needle in and extract the air into the vial (this creates negative pressure which helps in getting the oil out) then you flip the vial over and slowly start extracting the oil into the syringe.

If there's some empty space at the top of the vial when you have it upside down it helps me to move the syringe in that area when i'm having trouble with the pressure while extracting the oil this releases some air/pressure and then I push the plunger in until it goes back to the top (without spilling out oil back into the vial) then I repeat the same steps bring it back down into the oil solution extract more and keep repeating this until I get all that I need.

I read this as you have 1 ml of 200mg/ml testosterone in a bottle. 50 mg is not an option. You must get the full 100 mg (.5cc) out of that bottle to inject.

Even if you have to get a different needle and backload it into a different syringe.

Good question for all. What do you do with a smaller amount in the vial than your dosage? Do you just backfill into a different syringe? This is what I was planning to do with mine.

Draw it out with a bigger gauge needle 18g, 21g, whatever you have.. Get insulin syringes and pull the plunger out and back fill them.. If you do it carefully, you not not make it unsterile.. I just filled a months worth yesterday.. Now I just wipe w/ alcohol and stick and go- so easy

If I read correctly your taking 100mgs every 2 wks.. Make that 50mgs per week.. Give it 8 weeks and see how you feel then tell him to up the dose IMO
