brief intro; been cutting and have hit a wall,
im; 14% fat at 172lb 5ft 10. been on eca and it works, but want to try a var cycle as a friend did it and did well out of it. thought i may through in some t3 also to reli get the fat burning going. here is an example of my t3 cycle.
Days 1,2: 37.5mcgs
Days 3,4: 50mcgs
Days 5-11: 100 - 62.5mcgs
Days 11-13 : 75mcgs (or 100 depends on your max)
Days 14-16 : 75mcgs
Days 17-19: 62.5mcgs
Days 20-22: 50mcgs
Days 23-28 : 37.5mcgs
Days 29-33 : 25 mcgs
Days 34-42 : 12.5 mcgs
i cycle it up quickly but cycle down slowly to let my throid adapt. obv these figures may change if i feel i can take more or less.
with relation to var, im going to take 50mcg...for a total of 10 weeks
var 50mcg wks1-10
t3 taper wks 4-10
obv i need to include a post cycle therapy (pct), but have read differing reviews of clomid nolva etc, what you guys recommend.
and how long after this cycle can i start back on eca/clen?
diet is very strict, so is cardio etc.
