first cutting cycle

this is my first cutting cycle the doses are conservative the results have been outstanding my whole body shape has changed

weeks 1-8 50mg oral stanozol ed
week 2-8 test cyp 200 mg weekly
week 2-8 equipoise 100mg weekly (yes i know should be taking 1000mg a week lol)

week 8-12 sustanon 250mg 1ml weekly
week 8-12 eq 250 mg weekly

im on week 8 and ive gone from 23% bodyfat down to 10%
while the scale has stayed on 220 pounds throughout
ive only just started to notice the test working but what a kick
it gives you my strenghth is through the roof it seems i hit a high for a lift only to beat it again the next week ............
most of my lifts have gone up an average of 40 lbs while my deadlift has doubled in 8 weeks.........i think i went a bit crazy for my first cycle
as i relly dont know whats doing what .......i have had a few sides mainly emotional instability and acne but its ok........
have just stepped up again for the last 4 weeks and am expecting some good results will keep everyone posted............. :startrek:
 
Any reason why you're switching from cyp to sustatnon?



And why the change in EQ dose?

the changeover is due to aivailability
i upped the dose of eq to hopefully harden my physique since my stano is finished........ :startrek:

im not after massive gains this is a cutting cycle the test was added to keep my libido up and to preserve muscle while on a seriously calorie restricted diet.
its done a wonderful job on my estimate ive gained 22lbs of lbm......

that said i would if done again run the cycle like this
1-12 test cyp 250mg week
1-12 eq 250 mg week
6-12 stanozol orals 50 mg ed :startrek:

i do a lot of cardio at least an hour a day 5-6days a week...
no carbs after 12 in the day the first 3 meals are 45g pro with 60g complex carbs..no dairy no fruit no bread no oil or butter.......
i eat 6 meals a day and lately ill have a shake at 1 in the morning......

the lack of carbs was fine for the first 6 weeks but now its relly killing me especially with the test and eq boosting my hunger.....i do have a cheat day once a week even at this late stage..........otherwise id probably have to strangle someone...... :startrek:
im really not looking forward to depleting in the last two weeks.....green beans anyone

How about posting up your diet in the diet section so we can take a look, fats only from protein doesn't sound like a good idea. EFA's are essential when cutting. Check out this thread I made in the diet forum and layout what you usually eat on a daily basis

well tommorows a big day for me im going to get my body fat checked again...
im hoping im under ten percent but i did have a bit of a food blow out on the weekend damn roids just make me so damn hungry im eating like 2.2 lbs of salad greens twice a day and im still hungry as a horse
 
well ive done my next fat test im 9.7% which is good im on track ive got three more weeks till the comp and im hopefull of getting it down to 8% (this is a begginers comp)
my trainer has stepped my programme up to an insane level with 6 days cardio a eek and 4 days a week ........ will keep you posted i start carb depletion today my carbs are going down to 140 g from 180 ....see how we go
 
blew out on the diet today just pigged out hard these lo carb diets really are killers
im supposed to be lowering carbs now for the next 3 weeks till the comp and i am finding it really hard .........so tired from training 6 days a week....
 
fuck these diets its making me crazy.............two weeks to go tommorow and ive cut carbs to 130g a day ........increased cardio........and ohhh fuck it i just dont have the energy.........did have a good session my trainer was watching me while i was training and laughing her ass off at me because id have to have a big rest between sets ........oh well im looking pretty good ..
veins are showing lower part of my abs are comimg in ssssloooowlyyyy lol..

really its your diet that makes it a cutting cycle...the drugs only help hold ya mass.........anyway will keep you posted of finall stats and will post before and after shots.......
 
well theres 10 days left ive cut carbs down to 100g and its really noticeable
i worked al day on a construction sight then went to the gym did heavy leg seession for an hour then i did half hour on the treadmill....im home now and have had dinner chicken breast and green salad i also had a few peanuts which was nice.........i just feel light headed.......my cycle is going well ive really started to notice the eq come in ive also noticed a slight drop in raw strength after finishing the stanozol.. eq seems to have boosted my endurance
i did my whole session today but didnt feel tired at all it was like i wasnt really training i also was lifting heavy im tired now but ill be ready to go again tommorow..........my body fat is coming down im hoping to get to 8% once ive depleted...........peace
 
Fitfreak cut carbs down & use EFA(essential fatty acids),Keeps the noggin from goin blank!!
Lee Labrada's EFA or UDO Choice I strongly recommend!!
 
well im four days out have been pretty slack with my diet
just found it real hard to keep the carbs low had a few muchy attacks
well ive just started water sodium carb manipulation so fingers crossed
i have the will power to get through it all (2 gallons of water anyone?)
although my body fat is the lowest its ever been im still struggling to see a six pack...im pretty happy with the results though i will post some photos in the next couple of days........ :sleep:
 
well its al over ive finished the comp and got some great photos unfortunately only the after photos are digital so theres no real comparison
so you d probably all laugh at the results as i just look athletic ....
but im way happy with the results im doing post cycle therapy (pct) right now and have a few weeks to go before i start a new cyccle ........im working fulltime again so its going to be a balancing act to get to the gym diet etc ...im doing ok but ...
im still as strong as on cycle but my recovery ability is way down....anyway

well im into week 2 of post cycle therapy (pct) and ive got a few things id like to share for one ive got acne allover my chest and shoulders 2 ive got bad ass mood swings basically i feel like a bitch and 3 my strenght has dropped about 10 percent
the feelings of wellbeing and vitality whilst on cycle are gone i now struggle through the day to day and find it hard to stick to my diet........did i mention i havent been able to ejaculate for the past week.........

to sum it up due to the rollercoaster of emotions ive experienced combined with these sides i seriously doubt ill do another cycle ive built a solid bass from which i can grow naturally.......a good friend of mine was is the same bad shape when he started diet and exercise and his results were as good as mine and he did his naturally ............imho steroids are best left to pros and people who make there living from bb otherwise i think its just not worth it..
i mean look at skip la cour he has an insane physique and hes natural took the years
 
above gee talk about post cycle crash...lokking back on it all now i realise i made mistakes in relation to my pct......im going to do shorter cycles now so that i can keep the intensity up post cycle.........ill get back on the gear ill just manage it a bit better.........
 
Whats the point of 100mg of EQ a week? You will see absolutely nothing with a dose that low. The results I saw at 400mg a week were mild at best.
