First Cycle Advice and Suggestions

Hey Guys

I am 30-year-old and 5.8 ft tall. I have been working out for 3.5 years. Here is my profile:

Bench Press: 100 Kg
Shoulder Press: 60 Kg
Squats: 110 kg
Deadlift: 130 Kg

I have pretty good body,except for arms. My arms just would not grow. I followed every advice possible- compound movts, carbs, rest, direct workout, gaining weight, Yet, it did not work out.

Nevertheless, now that i have more than 3 year training under my belt, I know pretty much about boidybuilding. And I have realized that without steroids, its is almost IMPOSSIBLE to grow 18 inch arms.

Therefore I have the following questions:

1. Which steroids to take in First Cycle (people say test only, some sya test + dianabol, some say deca + test)

2. What about sideeffects. How to manage? Clomid, Nolvadex, Arimidex? After last injection or during the cycle?

3. Hair loss, acne, sexual sideeffects? How to manage?

4. Most IMP question: If i take first cycle, how many inches would i gain on arms.

There is no telling, Depends on your current size, diet, activity level, workout intensity, etc... Gaining 10 pounds of muscle from a cycle with a good diet and proper routine is possible.

should i take mass gainer or protein while on cycle? and shud i take test alone or test + dianabol? or deca
 
For the 1st cycle take test only, you will see great results.
You can take protein and WG if you need to. I prefer to get most of my calories from real foods, and I will drink protein if I didn't meet my caloric intake, or im too busy to cook.. But shakes are fine too.

Bro tell me one thing..Is it true that the 'side effects' for steroids are exagerrated..I mean there are not as much as people fear...Should i be worrying about side effects If i eat and workout well during d cycle?
 
K well what I suggest is that you read the sticky regarding first cycles. Everything you need to know is there.
Want to get your diet in.check visit the diet forum and Get a hold of 3Js contact info and shoot him an email about wanting a meal plan. He will do wonders for you.
Make sure you have everything ready for a cycle before you start. EVERYTHING.
Still think you need to wait another year and research everything over and over again
