Having never done a cycle before, I thought I’d better get some clear advice on how to proceed down this new road.
A bit about me: I’m 37 (male), have been training pretty consistently now for 20years. I only took herbal and mineral sups occasionally during that time. My natural body weight is about 92kgs (202pounds), and depending on the type of training this can go up to 100kgs (220pounds) or down to 88kgs (193pounds).
My training program went a bit crazy (intensity wise) a few years ago, and I worked my way up to squatting 5x20kg plates each side (440pounds) for 6-8 reps (depending on how mentally prepared I was).
I wanted to take a cycle of Deca to help recover from training at this level, and I heard that Deca is considered a “repairer” (don’t know if this is true or not). But after reading some articles on this forum, that doesn’t seem very wise. So, when should you take Deca?
Weight gains and strength gains are not my primary objective as I can achieve these naturally, but I’d like to continue training at this level but don’t think I can without ‘assistance’.
For this I was thinking Primo Depot and Bold (equi), then Deca at a later date (I’d really appreciate some guidance on this).
Also (like Ozzygaza said), anyone here (in Aust) that you talk to, has no idea what post cycle therapy (pct) is, it’s unbelievable!!! Guys are taking all types of stacks but with no knowledge of post cycle therapy (pct). I don’t get it.
