First Cycle - advice?

Hey so i'm 23y/o 6"4 and 80kg
Started on Test Prop @ 1ml every 2nd day.
Is this a good amount for my size/age? And would a 6 week cycle suffice? or do i really need to do the 12?


I also read around that you need shit for when you come off it so you don't feel like crap and your test levels don't drop heaps low. what do i need?

Bare with me guys, i'm a noob at this lol Just going by what my jacked friend has told me at the moment, but would rather get good advice from a bunch of experienced people.

At 6'3 80kg, you couldve done enough growing on food and sleep alone. Just my two cents...
 
Not with my metabolism mate..... But thanks for your extremely helpful comment..

I dont care what your metabolism is...change your diet...you need groceries not gear. 6'-4" at 175 some lbs...your a twig bro...time for some bk or mcdonalds...

post up your diet so we can see what the issue is
