First cycle advise ( prop and eq )

Quick start
33 yrs old
5.5" 156Lb and my bf is 9-10%
Been working for the past 10 years and totally committed for the past 2 yrs
Working out around 4-6 times a week

I am planning my first cycle, mainly to increase mass without increasing my bf%
I read a lot about cycles and how important the first one is, as it will bring the best results
I am planning a short cycle of 8 weeks for prop and eq, I know the pain of prop but I will take it, no pain no gain , NO!
Can you please let me know your thoughts? And what's dosage should I run, please don't suggest test e or c

I am a newbie on steroids so take it easy please, I am here to learn from your experience

And second to say that's to short of a cycle for EQ. ( as they say).
Get some npp or tren a if you insist on a second compound.

Third what type of dosing ate you thinking?

Typically you see people taking 500 a week for their first time.

I was thinking to start with 300 and increase to 500 in third week, should I?
I choose eq coz I heard it makes you eat like an animal which I will need for this cycle.
Am still planning so open for recommendations

Don't increase. Pick a dosage and stick with it. Drop the eq. Run test only your first cycle. This way you know how you react to compounds. If you do two at once, you won't know what's causing what. Additionally, your receptors are fresh as you've never ran aas before, therefore it doesn't take multiple compounds to maximize results. Also, don't run prop first cycle. It's, by nature, a painful post injection. I'd recommend test e or c. You pin less often and it's less painful--both good things for someone running thir first cycle. I had a whole lot more written out but it got erased. Make sure pct and diet are in order before beginning as well.
 
What is the suggested dose for prop and tren?

It varies greatly. I'm not promoting its use by any means but I made amazing gains off 200/week of test c and 250/week of tren e in 8 weeks. I cut it short due to complications.
 
If you wanna run eq extend the cycle to 14-16 weeks and use test e to pin less often.

If you wanna do a short cycle stick with prop and add NPP. You'll get nice fast gains with that cycle.

Make sure you have your pct and ancillaries. Diet is key.
 
Stop telling guys who are doing their first cycle to use tren. Come on! Tren is an advanced compound for advanced users.
 
EQ is a no no for you...
Your blood I'll be thick as mud and blood pressure will be high.
It's overrated in my opinion.

Test only for first cycle...plain and simple
 
Screw tren/eq (for now)...test only friend. Looks like you have a good base and will get great results @ 500 mgs wk...do you have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and pct set up? Blood work?

To avoid gyno, is the reason why I am going for prop rather than e

Didn't plan the PCT yet, please suggest, remember am a newbie :)

So everyone is suggesting a test only cycle and focusing on e or c rather than prop
So my question
What dose and program length? and how to prevent gyno and what is the PCT I should follow
How about suggesting the full program
I do believe I have a good build I want to add mass first and then to increase vascularity so might go for Winny?

Time on = time off + pct ( they say)

Waiting 20 weeks for a cycle is about as depressing as coming off cycle.
