U control the needle bro, either U want it or U don't! Just be calm, insert the needle slowly into the muscle, don't tense up, relax, and inject!
Test can last for awhile in a syringe... some that use gear that come in sachets pre-load all their syringes and store them for up to 3 months.
I was pretty nervous about injecting myself back in the day. Once you do it a few times its easy... I actually have a harder time pricking my finger for a home blood spot test now.

I was the same way my first time. I loaded it up had everything ready to go and was just gonna push just a tad through the skin in my rt glute to see how bad it hurt... it sunk all the way in and had zero pain or discomfort. Now I look forward to Mondays and Thursdays! haha Love it!!

trust me on this one. listen to relaxing music when you are injecting the first time. concentrate on the music and just relax. i look forward to injections now. rewire your brain.

i just picture u load up the syringe and about to inject but keep changing ure mind. this must've went on for days because now ure asking "ummm how long can test last in syringe before its no good"?. LOL
