First cycle as a present

So ive been working out since i was 17 and always wanted to try gear since i was 18 but ive read its bad to start at that age but anywho i had a few breaks throughout the years for example from 21-22 i didnt work out and i gained a little weight but its gunna be about 2 years that ive been working out pretty much everyday so now im turning 24 may 4 so i wanted to give myself a present and juice up ^^

So i have everything i need and im doing 10 weeks of test enanthate. im doing 500mg/week and pinning on mondays before i go to sleep which is at 1am and thursdays pretty much same time. I have my pct nolva and clomid for 4 weeks and im thinking about clomid 50/50/50/50 , nolva 40/40/20/20. Currently i was taking about 1400-1500 calories a day but im gunna up my intake little by little and by 3rd or 4th week will be taking about 2500 calories a day. Currently im 170 pds and about 5'7 with around 12% bf but what im looking for my first cycle is to take on lean muscle and gain strength. When i start taking my pct i will be running a ECA stack and lower my calorie intake by a little..

My routine on wed and saturdays will be the 5x5 routine. The other days i will be rotating body parts for example on monday i will be doing shoulders

Dumbbell Shoulder Press 5×13
Seated Dumbbell Side Raises 5×13
Seated Dumbbell Front Raises 3×13
Barbell Shrugs 4×13
Barbell Standing Military Press 4×13
Standing Dumbbell Arnold Presses 3×13

and abs

Cable Crunches 4×13
Arm & Leg Raises With Exercise Ball 4×13
Alternating Leg Ups 4×13
Running Plank 4×13
Torso Twist with Medicine Ball 4×13
Alternating Toe Touches 4×13
Hanging Leg Raises 1 set till failure

(this is an example of a day routine plus a 10 minute ride on the elliptical). The days i do my 5x5 routine i might add on a HIIT program because 4 blocks from my building theres is a track field or i'll bike ride around central park on my BMX which is 7 miles around with some big hills ^^ (the girls that are running are so hot that i have to turn around and smile). Im am starting this monday so wish me good luck lol If u have any intake feel free to post..

You need to do alot more research on diet before you do anything. I would begin with 3j's diet stickys as a start. you will make little or no gains on 2500 cals, especially if youre going to work your way up to that amount over 3-4 weeks.
 
I think you're taking in way too little calories to make any gains bro, I take in 3-4000 cals per day and still make tiny gains due to my sh*t genetics, but i don't let that stop me from training and eating like a beast!
 
problem is im prone to getting fat easily by eating a lot and it doesnt matter if i eat healthy or eat anything in my way thats why my calorie intake has been so low these past years but my gains have been great... so it works for me but ill up it to 3000 then

Without enough nutrition, your muscles can't grow period. I believe the average guy who trains moderately needs between 22-2400 cals per day just to stay the same weight. So any less and you will be 'cutting' - It probably looked like your muscles were growing, but you were probably just shredding off body fat and simply making them show more lol.

If you get fat easy, try to eat more lean meats like chicken breast or fish. Generally want to stay away from beef and those types, and I don't even want to start on pork - that sh*t is just not good for you either way. Eat less carbs, but don't cut it out of your diet, you need it too.

3000 cals per day should be able to get you some gains, so that's a good idea to step it up to that amount. goodluck!

you need to get your diet right for a while before you take any gear man just mho
 
thanks for the info niko.. im actually gunna tell my trainer (a friend) about what im doing and what should my food intake be like. I do have an idea of what imma eat everyday though but yea 3000 calories for me is enough. I work out about 5-6 days a week but i do cheat on weekends cuz i do drink alcohol like any person does on the days off plus beer pong is a killer to the stomach lol

ill start logging soon and how everything is going when i have time ^^ btw a question.. will my bf% go up by alot during this phase or will i be ok with my HIIT or bike riding?

Most people here, including myself, will tell you alcohol (especially every weekend) plus AAS are a big no no (research and find out why).... the least of your problems will be the destructive effects on your diet. And not everyone cheats every weekend with alcohol. I suggest you look into whether youre willing to give up the beer pong.
 
yea i will stop drinking dramatically because i do wanna gain a good amount because when i start cutting up a week into my PCT with ECA stack, i wanna see those muscles that i worked hard for pop out ^^
