First cycle ever of TEST E ONLY

Whats up guys; I am embarking on my first cycle very soon. But I wanna get your thoughts. I made the mistake on posting on here a little while ago a proposed cycle without doing much research and got hammered lol; as I should have.

But anyway. My stats. I am 6'2 185, been lifting for roughly 5 years and am 22 years old (I know I am on the younger side but don't convince me otherwise cause I will be doing a cycle regardless; even though I know it's recommended to be 25).

Im planning on an upper/lower split 4 days a week w/ an arm day mixed in=upper/lower/R/upper/lower/arms/R. Want to put on some size and really up my bench press; which is my weakest lift.

My diet will be clean and I'm striving for around 3750-4000 cals a day. With a 40c/40p/20f macro breakdown.

Here is my planned cycle:

Week 1-10: Test E at 250mg 2x per week (500mg total per week) (Every Sunday & Wednesday)

Week 1-10: HCG dosed at 250mg 2x per week (I'd rather do it throughout the whole cycle and be safe than sorry and not wait till I'm shut down) (Every Monday & Thursday) But I could use feedback here….

Week 1-12: I'll be using an AI (armidex) dosed at .25mg EOD (If i notice higher estrogen, I will up the dose to .50mg EOD)

Week 13-17: PCT of Clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolva 40/20/20/20

END.

Too young. Endocrine system and brain are still developing.

You are pretty scrawny too (unless your body fat % is super low). You need to improve your diet.
 
Start your diet immediately! See how that goes for a few years. Your cycle needs some minor adjustments. Do some more researching and in a couple years you'll be all set. Chances are if you cycle now, you'll probably lose whatever gains you do get during pct. At your age and size, you shouldn't have a problem making gains at all. Gotta eat big to get big bud...
 
How do you plan on "noticing your estrogen getting high"? Sounds like a guessing game.

Do you plan on getting blood work?

My diet is 100% spot on. I'm not scrawny, I actually literally just came off of a cut where I wanted to get shredded for a vacation to miami; eating minimal carbs. Diet is an absolute non-issue and I actually pride myself in this area. But thanks for the feedback.

Like I said I've been on a diet for 5 years. Matter of fact I was eating 4200 cals for a long time. My diet is a non issue. I've also done all the research from all these stickies and from google. So, I personally believe I know exactly what I am doing. I'm lower in weight right now because I just came off of a cut. I'm usually around 195. Diet is something I have down to a science and is a non-issue. You mention the cycle needs minor adjustments; Where? Thanks.

Yeah, you're right it may be tough to know that. I am planning on getting some blood work before, directly in the middle (maybe week 6) and at the end.
 

That's not 7-8%. You should get a Post Pod Scan.

Anyways, In regards to my cycle; what do you guys think..Would you recommend any altercations?; I'm stoked to get started soon and see some GAINS! So let me know.
