New to the site, heard you guy's knew your s++t, i hoping you guys can help me along the way too the goals i have set for myself. Im 24, 5'7, 160pds, 12%BF been training on and off for the last 6 years but seriously for the last 16months. I was hurt in a car accident a couple of years back losing alot of lean mass whilst recovering(dam drunken bastard)
and ever since then i've been trying to regain my original size of 170pds 10%BF(that was my goal but now i'd like to reach 200pds) I have my diet down but i've grown increasingly impatient and I've decided to take the plunge and start a cycle.
This is the first cycle i've chosen to do im sure a few of you will say jack up the test dose to 500mg a week but seeing as this is my first cycle i'd like to see how i react the smaller dose. Anyway tell me what you guy's think of it? Thanks.
WK 1-10 Test E 250mg every 5 days
WK1-4 DBOL 30mg ED
WK 1-12 Proviron 25 ED
WK 1-12 Nolva 10-20 mg ED
