First Cycle, First Post, big Newb

Hey everyone. Like most people I have been lurking on this board for about a year before I decided to make a post. Anyway, I decided to start my first cycle. I know people usually like a little back ground info even though my question regarding my cycle will be relatively simple.

I started working out around 2 1/2 years ago.
my lean body mass is 180.5 pounds, 5'11, and 18% body fat (I know that's a little high to start a cycle).

my diet is pretty consistent: mostly oatmeal, whey protein, chicken, all the salad/veggies I can eat, and fat free milk. I usually keep my protein at around 270-300 grams per day. My total calorie intake is around 3500 a day. I know some will say to go higher, but the original purpose was to gain a moderate amount of quality muscle and hopefully drop down a few point in bodyfat %.

I train four days a week with weights intensely and do cardio once to twice a day for 20 minutes 4-5 days a week.

my cycle:
Test E @ 375 mgs per week
Equipoise @ 300 mgs per week

So, here is my dilemma: I started my cycle June 8th and it's now July 15th and I don't feel anything. I don't feel any strength increase either. Shouldn't I feel some mega surge at the 4-5 week mark? Do I need to keep going into week 6 before I am dead sure I've been injecting sterile oil in my ass?
Ugh, I will feel like an idiot if I bought bunk gear...

Sorry in advance to those of you who hear the same newbie questions everyday. Just hoping one of you experienced guys can chime in on my woeful situation...
 
Be patient and continue with ur injections, it will come. Ur dosages are mild imo. Thats alright though, just be patient.
 
Hi and thanks for the speedy reply guys. I haven't finished reading all the forum rules, but isn't it a NO NO to discuss the sources? The gear doesn't have standard containers, they came as "satchels". I did also get some dianabol and tested it in some water to see if it kinda crystallizes and turns cloudy, it did. It also taste strongly methylated (but, it could be concentrated horse piss for all I know). However, I decided to stay away from it since this is my virgin cycle. This cycle was somewhat taken from the 2006 anabolic handbook, except it suggested only test e @ 250 and EQ at 250 - i thought was kinda mild. So therein was my reasoning to bump it up a bit.
 
Do you feel any type of sides at all at least? A little irritability, do you notice your around your chest area being a little blushed red? I know I didn't feel a surge on my first cycle (I ran test-e at 500mgs/wk.) I did noticed a progression in strength though and at first I did feel a couple of flu like symptoms until my body got used to the gear. Maybe try a higher dosage of the test and make sure you get your sleep and diet on check. Remember, without the proper nutrition you aren't going to get the most out of your gear. It's kind of like building a two story house with the materials to build a one story house. The gear is your carpenter so make sure you supply him with the materials he needs to make you in to 2 story house. (sorry for the corny analogy) If your diet is on point and you're getting plenty of sleep and you're working out hard and you up the dosage a little and still nothing than it's obvious that your stuff "ain't no good". Hope that somewhat helps..
 
It definately is a No No to talk about sources, I didn't ask for your source but just if it was reliable and what the lab is

Your EQ is too low. It should be atleast double that to see noticeable gains. You should bump the Test to 450 - 500 a week. I don't think you'll drop as much bodyfat as you think. At 3500 calories a day you might get over 20%.
