first cycle for 12 years

Hi. I am a "newbie" and am currently looking for advise from the well gifted experts on this site :)

my stats are as follows
height: 71 inch (180cm)
weight: 165 lbs
age 30

General health is good
i have been lifting weights on and of for the last 12 year. I used some testoviron in my younger days, but lost all my gains quikly (no PCT) and bad lifestyle. I have been doing loads of running since october to get my cardio up, and doing weights as well.

my cycle is planed as follows

week 1-12 Sustalon 250mg, on monday and friday

Week 1-10 Deca 300mg, on monday and friday

i have clomid for my PCT

The reason for Deca is that i have really bad shoulder injury (get's dislocated easy) and i belive that it could help me recover from it

please fell free to critique (the reason for the post)
 
Why do you want to do the blend? Personally I would stick to one of the esters, would add Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) at 500/week through cycle stop before end of cycle when depends on which ester you run. and would do toremifene for the post cycle.

I would not do so much cardio unless you are a really fat 165 in which case wait on the dope. I would limit it to 3 days a week after working out for about 20 min.

Having said that, 165 is pretty light for 5'11 so either you are really fucking lean or dont got much muscle. Just get that dialed in first.

Deca will not cure multi-directional instability. You must do cuff strengthening regularly at least 2 times a week and not as an after thought. If you are one of those guys who gets drunk and then shows bitches how his shoulder comes out of joint stop doing it.
 
I think that you either train too much, or eat too little, or both. 12 yearsis a LOT of time, steroids are not a substitute for food, will help you recuperate faster though.
 
Why do you think u so small amigo? throw up a picture so we can see whats up. Maybe u just really are lean as shit.I'm not saying dont do it but figure out whats up first.

You got to ask yourself do you want to be a fucking marathon runner (about the weight you are now) or fuckin big?
 
So basically you have only been training since October. You have been doing cardio to loose fat. You have no muscles and you want some.

Are you doing any strength training at the moment? You need that to grow.

OK fair enough. Start by checking your diet.

If you are adamant on using steroids and after 12 years (means you where using steroids @ the age 18!) then a 500mg test only cycle is safe and solid for you.
 
I started running to lose fat and get my cardio up to prepare for my cycle, I lost about 12-14 pounds of fat, so yes i am a litle bit skinny at the moment

It's not like i have been training every day for the last 12 years, i have had i bad lifestyle in between "workouts" and none of them where goal oriented. I am in a place in my life right now that means no sex drugs and rock and roll, which i like to follow up with a real goal oriented lifestyle.
currently i belive that i have a good solid diet. 6 meals a day which include enough of proteins and carbs for my size and goals, only clean healthy food like Tuna, chicken, fruits, oats, ect
