I have been taking store bought products for some time and nothing seems to give me an edge or even a noticeable gain. I work extremely hard in the gym and have been for a couple years. I am not very big. 5'7 and 150 with low BMI, 19 years old. I am wanting to get on a test e/ dbol cycle and have questions about which post cycle therapy (pct). I was hoping someone could give me advice on what to do for my first cycle... Anything is appreciated! I am trying to learn and in no rush.

I workout 5-6 times a week and I am going on a 4200 Calorie meal plan to gain naturally.

some rough estimates
Bench 275lbs
Squat 350lbs

at your age you dont need run a cycle!! eat right and train hard...ide suggest wait few more years before you jump into a cycle

if you train hard and have been for couple years, with no change of gains
your diet isnt in check.....start eating better and more!!....your 4200 meal plan should pack the weight on to you in no time

at 150lbs you got alot to gain naturally specially at the age of 19

and to say your not very big at 19 but your benching 275? most people have time pushing anything over 200lbs

my advice to you is, stick to the gym 5 days a week! eat right and train even harder

and if you do actually do a cycle i would atleast try to get up to 180-190lbs lbs before you do anything

Thanks for the quick advice.! I tend to genetically have low BMI so getting to 190 is going to be hard naturally. I was think 170-175 start the first cycle. I was jut wondering what a good cycle is to start?

You can get to 190 natty if you put your mind to it. If you are really benching 275, eat right and you will get there no problem hell by the age of 22 you might be 210 benching 375 if you just work hard, and eat right.

It is quite possible you are over training. Muscle does not grow while it is being worked. Sleep and rest are very important. Say you do chest tri's and shoulders one day do legs the next then back and biceps and rest a day. Then start over. If you are partying (drinking, smoking or drugs) this will screw up nutrition absorption and you are wasting your time.

I have thought about that. I alternate mornings and night workouts to lengthen my rest time. I have also quit the drinking and going out, so hopefully the gains will be noticeable. Thanks.

youll do fine!! just do it all right and youll get there in no time

i have a thyroid problem so trust me, i no what its like trying to put on weight!!

but i done my research went i needed the weight and figured out a plann for gaining weight and what foods to eat to build muscle and now im currently sitting at 197lbs before xmas i was 210

eat every 2 hrs if you can, 3 hrs isfine to! good size meals nd in between i usually snack on things...put them calories up as high as you can get them..3500+ and drink 2 protein shakes a day...just remember to not count the shakes as calories for the day
get your food intake in and have your shakes for a bonus to get up over 4000

make sure its the good fatty foods and not like take out 7 times a day, youll just get fat then
