first cycle help please

finally i got some stuff in my hand

1-testoviron depot-24 amp
2-tamoxifen citrate-100 tablets of 10mg
3-clomifene citrate-20 tablets of 50mg/20 tablets of 25mg
4-letrozol-5 tablets of 2.5 mg
5-hcg-5000iu
my questions are-

1-I can't find anastrozol in my city so can i start my cycle without anastrozol?
2-if yes then please tell me how?

finally i got arimidex and today i pinned my first test e on my quads without any pain thanks to all steroidology member

today i pinned on my left quad it goes little hard because i am right hander.i got little pain when inserting the needle,i got half drop of blood after removing the needle, and after 1 hour i got normal pain on injection site.is it normal?
