First cycle help

Im 21, been working out 5 days a week for the last 4 years and cant seem to put on any weight. I strength train and lift as much as possible but due to the amount of running and low weight high rep stuff I do every day I have remained slim and lean and have gained no weight.

5'9", 160 lbs

Im under a close eye at work and can't puff up too quickly. I was thinking of running test and or var.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Drug testing at work

Here the deal. Company don't test for steroids, they only test for hard drugs like the white power stuff or weed stuff like that. They will only test you for steroids if they find a bottle of the stuff on you and in there company. They need to have what you are take in order to test you for it. Your body makes test by itself, so there's noway for them to prove you are taking something. The only thing that they will say is your test is high, big deal.
 
Too young

At 21 your test levels should be naturally high enough to make considerable gains. I would say look up 3J for diet/bulking advice.
 
AAS wont help you. you will put on about 20 in 10 weeks lose it all then probably mess up your test levels.. and be really fucked. you need a new diet. trust me on this bro..

eat more PERIOD.

steroids are useless without nutrition also quit that high rep low weight crap and train like a man.

Honeybadger (LSU) eat more. If you are still waking up with morning wood then you don't need test. Eat a ton, use creatine, and consume a lot of protein. I promise you will get bigger if you do these things and workout really hard.

Yeah at 21 you should have normal test levels and have no problem putting on weight. Like another said don't start messing with you natural production at your age. That's problems you don't need!
