First cycle help

im looking to do test e 500mgs for ten weeks and then 50mg oral winstrol ed for the last six weeks of the cycle what post cycle therapy (pct) should i get i also got cod oil for the joint pain whilst on winsrol

Or how about you read the stickies and do what that says. IE skip the Winstrol (winny). TEST only first cycle. Winstrol (winny) is a bad idea. read the post cycle therapy (pct) sticky too. clomid nolva for post cycle therapy (pct).

i tried reading everythng it doesent seem to go in. nolva is just supposed to be onhand incase of gyno isnt it and then clomid for when the cycle is over ?

No an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) is taken during cycle to prevent gyno like aromasin and arimidex. Nolva and clomid are used PCT. But back to the point. TEST ONLY FIRST CYCLE!

and you take the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) throughout the whole cycle then stop whenever you finish cycle and start pct ?

HeavyJ, TEST E ONLY CYCLE for your first!! Make sure your diet is on at least 85% clean and not only clean but that you are eating enough. Next make sure you have Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand. I didn't take it at all but it was right there waiting if I needed it.

Next have clomid, Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), and Nolvadex for the PCT. I personally don't prescribe to the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) during opinion because your natty is shut down during cycle no matter what. If you want to end your cycle with TEST Prop like me then I love that idea because ending with a short esther has benefits going into PCT.

Anyway thats my advice. It ripped me up good and I can't wait for the next cycle. 1 month away

Yeah bud, skip that Winstrol (winny). If you need to, add some anavar.

Word dy59! Agreed diet minimal 85%. Diet diet diet , must keep eating consicously and periodically and training my mind.

Boyle, IMO slow and steady wins the race in this game.

just out of curiousity i will take advice but im just wondering i heard it increases test kills estrogen and helps alot with weight loss why wudnt you advise that ?
