First 'cycle' help!!

Hi Lads,

Reason I wrote 'cycle' is because I'll be running solely dbol. Unfortunately supplier let me down, was hoping to run test e with it. I know dbol only isnt ideal but I dont have time to source more test and run a 10 week cycle + post cycle therapy (pct) now. So 6 weeks on dbol it is.

I was thinking something like this.
DBOL
W1- 20mg ed but sat off
W2-W5- 30mg ed
W6- 15mg ed
NOLVA
10mg every 3/4 days (more if needed)

post cycle therapy (pct)
W1- 30mg ed
W2&W3- 20mg
W4- whatever nolva is left over.
Right after cycle going on creatine, trib, zma and liv.52.

How does this look ? I'm not expecting miracles but want to build as much muscle mass/clean weight as possible in the 6 weeks and retain as much as possible in the proceeding 6 or so weeks. When my cycle off creatine I'll know where I am at!
And no need for anybody to have a rant about oral only cycles or take personal offence!
Any CONSTRUCTIVE advise or criticism appreciated and if theres any major flaws I'd like to know!

Cheers Lads.

You don't have time to source more??? WTF does that mean? you going somewhere in a hurry?
This whole game is about timing, and patiently wainting (at times) for your goods to show up.

Unless I have everything ready to go, I wouldn't even waste my time starting a cycle. What the hell is the matter with you guys?

you will bloat up with intramuscular fluid, maybe get some gyno, then lose it all, end up maybe 4-5 lbs of fat more than you are now

'source' more is the same as saying 'get' more bud. And yeah have exams in few months so need to have cycle finished before then.

So your saying I'll get better gains not taking dbol for 6 weeks compared to taking dbol for 6 weeks ?

I already said I wasnt expecting miracles off dbol only. I'd be more than happy with 5-6 lbs lean mass from the cycle. I was asking what the best way to do the cycle was not was it the best cycle because I know it isnt.

dude u gotta research alot about dbol before using it alone u can use it to grain maybe 10-15 pounds but if u dont do it right u will losee all that weight plus ur diet and trainining has to be prefect and can some one help me with my diet plan? msg or w.e:P

I've done some reading mate but read a lot of different views. My training is intense and progressive and diet is about 4k when bulking ( nearly 1k of that from wieght gain shakes ). If I could keep 5 or 6 lbs I'd be more than happy.
How do I do it right so I don't lose all my gains then ?
If your doing a bulk diet msg me. Used to have to monthly consultations for that with nutritionist when was playing rugby

Anybody suggested talking to 3j? Hes the man with the diet stuff. Also, what are your stats?

Here's a copy and paste of my yearly progress. note squats are proper, full motion squats.

Ectomorph Hardgainer, height 5'11. Current bf 9%

Upon Turning 16
1RM Bench - 40kg
1RM Squat - 50kg
Weight 131lbs

Upon Turning 17
1RM Bench - 67.5kg
1RM Squat - 75kg
1RM Deadlift - 82.5kg
Weight 150lbs

Upon turning 18
1RM Bench - 77.5kg
1RM Squat 100kg
1RM Deadlift 115kg
Weight 160lbs

Upon turning 19
1RM Bench 90kg
1RM Squat - 110kg
1RM Deadlift - 122.5kg
Weight 167lbs

Upon turning 20
1RM Bench - 95kg
1RM Squat 115kg
1RM Deadlift 130kg
Weight 171lbs

Now 21 and 3 months
IRM Bench - 100kg
1RM Squat - 117.5
1RM Deadlift - 135kg
Weight 174 lbs

At first glance it looks like a lot of the initial gains might be a bit inflated cause you might think I would have naturally put on weight anyway but I dont think thats the case as I stood at my current height of 5'11 when I was 13 and all in all developed quite early. But I know definitely some of the first gains were to do with my age and natural development. Reason I'm going to try a few cycles is because I'm of training twice as hard as everyone else and putting all my effort into diet and making sure my rest is right and not seeing barely any gains cos im an ectomorph.

I dont buy into the idea that using just dbol is a waste of time. I think I have enough experience and knowledge about diet and training to benefit from a six week cycle im not a newbie looking for a quick fix to make an american high school football team or something. I have a theory that dbol gets such a bad name because less experiencd guys who arent as commited as guys who train naturally for years then take some gear.

I'm on the fourth day of my 6 weeks of 30mg ed eating 5k calories ed. Im an ectomorph in the most extreme sense of the word i can shed any excess fat I gain within 2 weeks and get back down to my 9% bf, so I'm not worried about that. Im going to put up weekly posts of all of my gains for the 6 weeks and then what strength and weight I keep in the following 8-10 weeks.

I was hoping someone could help me with what proceedure to follow pct?? THATS WHAT I NEED HELP WITH.

I was thinking uping calories up to 5500, taking nolva 30mg ed for 10 days then 15mg ed for 10 days, take superpump 250 ( was using it before cycle ), creatine, ZMA and liv.52.??

Hope someone can help me out with this. I want to gain 20lbs+ in the 6 weeks and still have 5 lbs of it 6 weeks later after doing pct and shedding excess fat that I might get.

Cheers in advance.

You wonder why there is no help. Because its retarded. It's not recommended, because it's retarded.

Dbol shuts down your natural test. Sure you may gain 10 lbs on dbol, but when recovering from having no test. You lose everything. All you're doing is screwing your liver.

In conclusion, your choice is again, retarded.

21 year old kid that blames everything on his body type and doesn't want to accept advice from folks that know better. Seriously, what is up with your generation? You're so not ready for AAS, seriously. I only looked at your deadlifts to keep this simple, but on average you're only gaining 23.1lbs a YEAR on this lift. You need to take a hard look at WHY you're gaining so slowly before pressing forward with AAS. I'll give you a hint, it's your diet and training - NOT your body type.

We're not picking on you because we're trying to be jerks, but because there is no quick fix for what you're looking for. You need to dedicate the time and energy into growing LONG before you add chemicals into the mix that can permanently mess you up for life. Come back in two years when you have learned how to master these two key elements, then you'll hopefully be ready to start this off the right way.

My .02c :)

What about GHRP-6? Thats a good peptide to help with your eating and it helps with strength a little.
