Week 1-12 Testosterone E 200mg
week 1-10 Deca 200mg
week 3-12 Trenbolone-A 100mg
week 4-10 HCG 250mg x2 p/w
week 1-12 Arimidex 0.5 mg eod
**Supplements************
tribulus
vitamin B6 and E
Milk Thistle
**** post cycle therapy (pct) ******************
week 14-16 clomid 100 mg ed
week 14-16 nolvadex 20 mg

is my post cycle therapy (pct) right is two weeks enough?
is my hcg right?
will i be ok using Nolvadex for post cycle therapy (pct)?
Do i need to get anything else did i miss something?

you must be soo high on crack for taking this for a first cycle, your gonna kill yourself. for a first cycle take test only broo... or you can take test and dbol if want, thats the max you can go for a first cycle.

week 1-12: Test E 500mg EW
week 1-6: Dbol 50 mg ed

Pct:
week 14-18: clomid 100/50/50/50
and/or
week 14-18 nolva 50/50/50/50

keep aromasin in handy incase of side effects like gyno.


thats what i took for a first cycle and it give me great results.

stop looking for whats best and what gives you best results. go do your search...take it easy step by step.
