First cycle of Deca and Test

How much Deca and Test should I take for a first cycle and how long should I take it?

My diet is perfect, I already eat plenty

I take enough protein

Please give any useful tips and do and don't for a first cycle

think things thru before you take action
learn how to eat and train to grow
grow naturally for another 40lbs or so before you consider steroids again
research until you agree wholeheartedly with these dos and don'ts
decide your "why" and set your goals

don't:
assume anything about you or your diet or training is perfect
tell others to assume such when giving you advice
do steroids until you're over 200 lbs

you have 2 choices here...

stay "happy with [your] exercise and diet" and learn to also be happy with your body as it is

OR

be unhappy enough with your body that you are willing to do WHATEVER IT TAKES to learn how to change it properly.

there are 3 things that make your body grow, and they all should be done in a synergistic manner for best results.

these 3 things are (in what i believe to be order of importance)

1.) Eating
Tied for 2.) Training
Tied for 2.) Resting

a cycle will simply affect how fast and effectively your body uses those things to implement said growth.

if you can't grow without gear, you won't be able to grow EFFECTIVELY with gear, and any gains that you DO see while on cycle will quickly evaporate when you drop the stuff.
 
Hey mikeeeee, you said your BMI is 5%? I'm guessing thats body fat percent right. Do you know what BMI is?

How long u been working out man? Reason I ask is your ligaments/tendons and stabilizer muscles have to be in good shape going into a cycle of something that will increase your strength at an abnormal rate. It takes longer for the connective tissue to strengthen relative to muscles. Strains and tears become significant problems.

do you live with your parents? This has been an issue recently

I personally would not run deca on a first cycle or so young. It really shuts down the HPTA (your hormone production) and has some significant side effects that take more experience and knowledge of this stuff to deal with. There is another post up tonight from a 21 year old who cant get his pecker hard and is generally feeling like shit. that sucks man.

if someone gives you the perfect cycle.... that will be on small piece to a puzzle. it'll be the only perfect thing about what you're doing.

you say you don't want to fuck it up, i'm not telling you this to shit on your pancakes, i'm telling you because it is the best advice i or anyone else can give........

if you do any cycle at all right now, you will be "fucking it up"

a cycle that is good for you in your situation DOES NOT EXIST.

why are people so reluctant to fix what isn't working before jumping into something they know nothing about?

get over to the diet forum, get with people. post your diet, post your exact training, post your experience with training.

tell us why the hell you run 5 miles every dya.

start with that stuff. you can get to 200lbs naturally EASILY once you learn how to do it PROPERLY.
 
sorry your right my BMI is 22, thanks for the correction. I am 21 and have been working out 4-6 days a week for the past two years. I worked out on and off before then.
 
they are giving you good advice. On your current diet you will not gain. You should be able to grow on cycle or off cycle. If you are not growing now you wont grow on cycle. Any gain you might make you will lose because you caloric intake is too low. When on cycle you need you intake to increase even that much more.

My suggestion would be.

#1 wait till you are older than 21 you still have natty test you can use to get bigger. Ideal is 25.

#2 EAT. when you can show you can gain naturally then you will know you are more on track with diet. Talk to 3j in the diet section and he will help you out.

#3 Stop running so much. That much cardio and exercise is not conducive to to what you are trying to do. Scale back the cardio to 1 day then week heavy lifting now rep. there is a good 5x5 routine in the training section might be good for you. If you over work and don't give yourself proper recovery time you wont grow.

#4 Learn to listen to others. If these guys say wait. THEN WAIT. If they say you can gain another 40 naturally. THEN YOU CAN GAIN ANOTHER 40 NATURALLY. There is alot of experience on this site. Believe it or not they are trying to give you the best advice possible. There is alot of risk if taking steroids. You can really screw yourself up. None of us want to be of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for the rest of our lives. If you don't know what testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) stands for.... That leads me to my next point.

#5 READ. You have got alot of reading to do. I'm pretty new to this forum but i already have a couple of hundred hours of reading on here and i still don't understand it all. READ. READ. READ. start with steroid profiles. Learn what your drugs are. AI's, Dope antagonist, PCT, HCG. Learn why to use it, how to use it, when to use it. Estrogen sides, prolactin sides. Go to the diet section figure that out...... ECT....... You have along ways to go before you ever start asking about dosages. Honestly you should put in about 3 months of research and studying before you even think about taking anything. During that 3 months you could put on alot of weight naturally.

For your first cycle though...... most just run test. You don't what cycle that can give both estrogen and prolactin sides and not know what is giving you what. take it in steps. Ok i have said enough.... I have done my part in your education.

as the good book says. i hope i'm not throwing pearls before swine.
 
train naturally and see if u can gain an additional 10-20 pounds atleast. stop running so much or atleast decrease it, no1 runs whens their try to bulk up and try to consume around 4000-5000 cals a day with 300g + of protein.
Since this is ur first cycle, i recommend you start with the testosterone alone, see how u react to that. u will grow if u eat eat eat and train hard. i took steroids at 22 and im bowt to start my third cycle and im still only using test and occasionally dbol. still growing and side effects are minimal.
give urself some time to read a little more to be able to plan the cycle urself and come back when ur ready.
