First cycle, please check my thinking

first off, the info here is amazing. I've been reading / lurking for a while, I'm finally ready to get serious.

First, my stats:
36 yo male, 6-1, 225. I've been training consistently (no more than a week off) for 3 years now, pretty steady (month off here and there) since I was 16. I gain weight easily, muscle and fat. I've been working with a trainer for 3 years, I've dropped from 285 to 225 using mostly adjustments to my diet (and some f'ing cardio). Currently at 13% BF. Diet is CLEAN when I want it to be. Usually run clean for 12 weeks then up the calories for 4 weeks or so to level off. I've done a little ECA and clen for the last 10 pounds. Never used gear. I can kinda see ab definition, but I want a damn 6-pack going into boating season!

Goals: For my first cycle I only really want no more than 10 lbs of lean mass. 6 lbs is fine. I'll run a second cycle of Anavar (var) or test/ Anavar (var) in the early summer.

Plan: 200mg test-e two times / week for 12 weeks. Do I need to ramp up/down? I know I need cycle support and PCT, but I'm totally lost here. Don't worry, I'm not going to start untill I have it ALL on hand (and some extra test-e)! I've used a BodyMedia for 3 years now, I know my consistant calorie burn is about 3200 on a typical day. Usually I run a 500-750 defecit to cut. What should I do to gain?

I'm looking forward to your input. I've given this a lot of thought, I think I'm ready (I also have a good source for gear/support/pct)
 
test e is a good call... 12 wks at 500-600mg per week (bi-weekly injections). Run either arimidex or aromisin as an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), I would also recommend proviron at 50mg per day throughout the cycle if u have access to it. PCT 14 days after last test e injection, run clomid 50mg/nolva 20mg for 30 days

as for your diet... to gain ur gonna have to go up over 4000 cals per day and protein intake is gonna have to be 300grams min
 
We are close in age and height, you got me by a few pounds,,and I am having a hard time gaining with a diet well over 4000 , you should evaluate your diet before getting started, wouldn't want to waste your gear, I have to up the calories yet again to keep growing

So my plan:

12 weeks test-e. 500mg/week (250mg each pin, Monday and Thursday)

Will plan to up my calories to 4000-5000 depending on my burn rate. Today I'll hit a burn of about 4200 no problem. This is going to be a change in my mind set.

post cycle therapy (pct) plan:

1. Toremifene 50mg/ day. Start 2 weeks after my last test-e pin. Is clomi/Nolva preferable to this?

2. Exemestaine - plan to run 25mg/ day for entire post cycle therapy (pct). From what I've read I should have some on hand in case I have issues during my cycle? If that's the case I'll have quite a bit handy.

My gear will be here in a couple weeks. post cycle therapy (pct) order pending forum approval. Probably won't start until after Jan 1 so I can concentrate on eating / exercise without the holiday distractions. Definately won't start until I have everything on hand.

Might want to get some Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) to blast at the end of the cycle. And I would go ahead and start the aromasin, every day at 12.5mg. Better safe than sorry. Torem is just as good as a clomid/nolva combo, if not better on the sides.
