first off, the info here is amazing. I've been reading / lurking for a while, I'm finally ready to get serious.
First, my stats:
36 yo male, 6-1, 225. I've been training consistently (no more than a week off) for 3 years now, pretty steady (month off here and there) since I was 16. I gain weight easily, muscle and fat. I've been working with a trainer for 3 years, I've dropped from 285 to 225 using mostly adjustments to my diet (and some f'ing cardio). Currently at 13% BF. Diet is CLEAN when I want it to be. Usually run clean for 12 weeks then up the calories for 4 weeks or so to level off. I've done a little ECA and clen for the last 10 pounds. Never used gear. I can kinda see ab definition, but I want a damn 6-pack going into boating season!
Goals: For my first cycle I only really want no more than 10 lbs of lean mass. 6 lbs is fine. I'll run a second cycle of Anavar (var) or test/ Anavar (var) in the early summer.
Plan: 200mg test-e two times / week for 12 weeks. Do I need to ramp up/down? I know I need cycle support and PCT, but I'm totally lost here. Don't worry, I'm not going to start untill I have it ALL on hand (and some extra test-e)! I've used a BodyMedia for 3 years now, I know my consistant calorie burn is about 3200 on a typical day. Usually I run a 500-750 defecit to cut. What should I do to gain?
I'm looking forward to your input. I've given this a lot of thought, I think I'm ready (I also have a good source for gear/support/pct)
