first cycle problem with delt injection

i pin myself for 1st time in my left shoulder it went OK, after that on my 2nd i used my right and then my Right hand got pump and it was like it will explode about 30 sec later my heart got insta fast and then felt blood flow to my brain then i was ok after that
1) what u guys think about that my body reject it ? or i do sth wrong or that is common
my captain told me cuz i do it in my shoulder he said use only Gults
and i ask bout it to a pharmacy doc he said why i use shoulder and he say as him " i told him it was vitamin not AAS "

2) also my captain said to lower to 200mg/week " i use test prop " 2 pin a week is that enough ? ( i used to take 500mg/week) EoD

200mg of Test Propionate is not enough per week to see much of anything, and is too infrequent of a pinning protocol to even be considered TRT.

I would advise you to read the beginner stickies on our forums here, learn as much as you can about cycling, first cycles, what to incorporate, what esters are and why they are important, how important nutrition and training is, etc.

It will all be in the stickies. Just read, then ask questions after you know all of that well enough.

Most likely you will have answered many of the questions you have already, and learned much more than your "captain" and doctor will be able to tell you in the process. :)

I quit pinning delts for now, I personally need shorter needles for that location and haven't ordered them yet. It sounds like to me.. you may have just had some pinning anxiety. Nervousness is normal at first, but just doing glutes is a big no-no.

You'll want to develop a good understanding of the safe practices of pinning, locations, needles to be used, and rotating them appropriately.

I use 6 spots without including shoulders. 8 with. And many will use 12, 15, or 20 even..

Much to learn. Stay a while, and give us some more specific information about yourself. Age, height, weight, bodyfat %, diet, training, experience with training and diet, etc. All are crucial in determining where to go from here.
