Bro, my first cycle I was +28 % body fat. Test will burn fat... I ran test e for 12 weeks and lost +60lbs. My lifts went from bench 225 to 335, OH press from 90 to 225, squat 225 to 405. I did cardio 2x a day for 30-45 mins 6 days a week with 1 cardio session HIIT... mostly stationary bike, occasional field work running sprints and plyometric work. I had no increase of estrogen conversion, to be honest I didn't have any signs of gyno... no itchy sore nips. My BP did raise 15-20 points, meds took care of that. All in all, I say it was a complete success. Don't let anybody discourage you, have your shit together, gear, Aromatase inhibitor (AI), post cycle therapy (pct) on hand, read and research what compounds you are cycling... get swole.
