First Cycle Review Please

Hi all,
I'm 23 about 198lbs at 15%ish body fat and am going to be taking 500mg test cyp weekly along with winny. This is my first cycle. I have my diet down pact right now as I am losing weight naturally before i start this cycle. I want to either get super cut or recomp and was wondering if i can keep the same diet as i have now as natural (2400 kcals, 285g pro, 175g carb, 60g fat) or if i have to up it and change it. all input helps, thanks!
 
Save the winny. You will be very pleased with a test only cycle for your first. You will also give you a chance to see how your body reacts to AAS. Its better to learn this compound at a time. If you are running more than one you cant tell which one is causing the sides. Make sure you have your PCT lined up. Good luck
 
thanks guys, yep i have nolva and clomid as well as an AI...so as far as diet should i up it again because of the AAS or keep it...i also do 20 mins of cardio on the stairmaster (about 300-350 calories) 3 to 4 times a week. im not going to half ass this
 
First cycle drop the winnie...stick with 500mg/wk test
Recomp.... Your gonna want to carb cycle for best results
Cut....keto/atkins..or lower carb intake on carb cycling.

does everyone believe in the carb cycling or keto approach? I find myself super lethargic and just annoyed at keto as it is not enjoyable at all, after all we only live once right
 
no rush man but its available now, getting it for free for helping out a buddy, and i have the time to do it properly right now...would you suggest recomping then or even going slight surplus?

How do you have the time to do it properly now? You have to wait 2 more years to do it properly.

With that diet plan, if you can stick to it & train properly you'll hit 10% bodyfat no problem. My guess is you'll be 180ish pounds - from there you can up your calories to 250-500 above maintenance, watch the mirror/scale and naturally bulk to 200lbs. I'm not sure how tall you are, but unless you're a manlet that shouldn't be difficult to do naturally in the next 12-18 months. By then you'll be close to 25, ready to plan a cycle and we'll all be proud & happy to give you the best advice we can on how to best manipulate your diet/training etc to take advantage of a badass first cycle.
