Hola once more guys, this is my third post in the community and so far everyone has been extremely helpful and it is much appreciated!
So again, I'll repost my information below; however, heres my concern.
I got my my lab results for the female hormonal panel done(Test results attatched). Two concerns, one mainly being my testosterone serum level. It was at an alarming 285. I haven't necessarily "grown" naturally in probably the last two years despite lifting hard and heavy--my strength is good but mass has always been an issue since I initially lost my weight. I also noticed in the last couple of years I have been extremely tired no matter how much sleep I get. Sometimes I'm passing out mid day.
Anyways, once my cycle is over and PCT is done--I'll have my blood checked once more(and of course in the middle of the cycle) to compare to see If I am holding my test levels. If they drop once more I was going to see a doctor to see if it's necessary. I understand given my age it is going to be on the decline, but 285 seems like a very steep decline.
My other concern is the High BUN and high BUN/Creatinine ratio.
Upon research I've come to the understanding that both of these can be caused by a high protein diet and creatine supplementation with a combination of not drinking enough water. I've always tried to have at least one gallon a day sometimes I fall short. I never have brown urine, always light yellow to crystal clear. Only slightly darker upon waking(I do have a shake before bed typically). So I honestly feel my kidneys aren't having any issues--while I'm no doctor, I never feel any strain physically on my kidneys, never had any stones, fam history is clean and only drink water.
So could anyone shed some light on these two?
1.) Would you still go in for TRT after ester clear, pct done and test drops below or at the tail end?
2.) Should I even be the slightest concern in regards to the BUN and BUN/Ceatinine ratio? I've noticed the majority of people talking about this in the communities are saying it is common for a bodybuilder or someone eating like one will have elevated levels.
Add info:
Macros for a daily intake currently, give or take a hundred or so.
Totals:
Calories - 2960

I do not supplement any creatine outside of what may be in a preworkout(if it has it) My protein sources are mainly chicken, eggs(whites and yolk, more whites thought), tuna. I rarely eat red meat.
