First cycle starting today, have some questions

You're right... you just started working out and you know it all. Sorry, i forgot.

thinking eating cheat meals is gonna make you fat truly shows you don't know what the fuck you're talking about. You gotta eat big to get big. So enjoy being a scrawny ass kid who doesn't take any advice except what you wanna hear.

If you don't eat big, you won't get big. You can go on counting macros and all that bullshit. Bottom line is your tiny. And you eat tiny, hence you will be tiny.

Since you already know what you are doing... good luck little fella. enjoy life in a medium.

A lot of shit talking, but no substance. Is that how all of your posts are? You don't even refute my only point: all things being equal, with test added there will be extra gains. I don't give a fuck about you bitter guys who started for years of slow gains naturally and who don't like to see people get big faster than you did. Maybe that's why you are recommending people spend a few days a week at burger king, as if a real diet isn't better. You might have a body, but at least I have a brain. :flipoffha

if your not at your genetic limit, which your not, and your not gaining weight now what makes you think you will gain anything but water weight by adding test?

Here is what you do not realize, test does not make you grow muscle, it makes you grow muscle faster.............thats it.

do you even know what test does? please explain to me, since your so smart, how exactly test improves body function so that you are able to put muscle on faster?

If you guys actually read my posts you would know I already have a solid bulking diet and exercise routine that I just started, and I want to boost the gains from it. There is no way adding test will get me only water weight with a high cal/high protein diet and working out hard.

yep, you're right... im so afraid you're gonna gain... uh lets see, you're 160lbs? So what, you got 75-80lbs to go.

Good luck kid, you're not willing to listen, head over to bodybuilding.com. They're all 160lbs know it alls over there.

Haha, another shit talk reply with no substance. And funny how you ignore the one point I'm making. Can't stand to be proved wrong by a "newbie"? :dumbass:

please explain in your own words what it does.........not just grow muscle faster........how does it make you grow muscle faster..............if you just answer the question you will see my point..............the same point RJ is trying to make

I'm not sure what point you are trying to make, I mean you are the one that already said I'm going to see "only water gains" on test even though I have a good diet and exercise routine I'm now on, and that's BS.

Just tell me the point you are trying to get across. With my diet/exercise plan, anything about having to be at genetic limit to see non-water gains is BS.

its not BS...........your current diet is what my GF uses to gain muscle.............see avatar.

test increases protein synthesis, and a couple other things, but mainly protein synthesis.

In your expert NEWB opinion does that translate into making your metabo go even faster??????

Your explanation for test is the same one I already agreed on... "makes you grow muscle faster" and "increases protein synthesis" are the same damn thing.

Is your whole point that I need more calories and/or protein? Why didn't you just say so? Are you saying 3500cal/day and 170protein at 160 lbs is not enough to bulk up while on test? I find that a bit hard to believe.

its not just about protein and cals. protein synthesis is different than growing muscle, to actually increase lean mass you have to give it enough protein.

ever hear of a guy named Arnold? I really look up to him because he is a man that was waaaaay ahead of the times he lived in. He preached about diet before people even realized how important it was. you know haw many table spoons of Mayo he would eat on a given day in addition to his diet? do you know why?

like i said before its not all about protein even though yours is a little low, especially for someone at your weight who is going to inject testosterone.

If i had "highly fast metobolism syndrome" i sure as shit wouldnt be worried about gaining fat ESPECIALLY on T.

First of all, I don't have some metabolic syndrome. I might have a high metabolism, but the reason I'm 160lbs is because i used to run a lot, didn't lift weights, and I had a shitty low calorie/low protein diet of crap like burger king (ok mostly mcdonalds, same crap though). I said this in an earlier post.

My diet and exercise, as of last week, have dramatically changed. One week is obviously not enough time to see the results. The only point I have is that if I stick to that new diet/workout and add test, then I will definitely get more muscle mass, and not gain only water weight.

Also, a lot of scientific studies say over 2.5 g/kg protein is a waste, and that about 2 g/kg is usually the max needed. I'm doing right about 2.5 g/kg so I'm pretty sure I'm ok on the protein. Does this forum actually have any proof over 2.5g/kg helps at all?

As far as getting my 3500 cals on burger king vs getting my 3500 cals on chicken, tuna, nuts, eggs, etc, you guys are fucking high if you are thinking burger king is the better option.

.

the problem with your studies is they were not on 500mg of test..............so you know how much those studies are worth.

3500 cals is not enough to get what you want from a test cycle. i would say minimum 4k.

RJ is not saying to eat BK everyday. but if you had any clue about bulking, or you had done it for any length of time you would know that you literally get sick of eating. to the point where food does not sound good EVER!

there comes a point when you have to realize that sometimes you need calorie dense foods to actually get the cals you need to grow.

eating clean is a sure way to not get the results you are looking for, i see it over and over and over again.

this does not mean eat dirty everyday, but you need saturated fat. you need all fats. your diet must be diverse.

im done with this thread, my tren is starting to get to me cause you think you know what your talking about but you do not have a clue.

your diet sucks and so will your cycle but at this point i dont give a fuck anymore.

its sad that newbies come here and think that test is some kind of fucking magic pill. well its not. Im at the point to where i eat 5k cals a a day and still cant gain weight, but what the fuck do i know, i only gained 45 lbs in the last year................................good luck newb

Haha, you mad bro? The roid rage kicking in? :hahano: I noticed you backed off of the "all water gains for you on test" shit. I'd be pissed off too if a newb proved my shit wrong so quick.

Also instead of saying that bullshit about all water gains and needing to hit the genetic limit, you could have been straight up and said "I think you need more protein and/or cals" or "without burger king you wont be able to stick to your diet" which is totally different than saying my diet won't work.

Man, You did a great job turning away the 2 most informative guys here. If you would've listened you would've gained alot. Research for a little bit and then come back to this thread and read it and you'll see how uninformed you were to all of this.

Lol, yea a lot of help they were.

What will I do without the sage advice of the the "you need to be eating at burger king and forget the ideal diet you have" guy and the "I read your posts about your diet/routine, and you'll only get water gains until hitting genetic limit" guy. Both of those statements are total bullshit. I could see if he had said "without eating burger king, it will be hard to stick to your calorie/protein goals", or "your protein/calorie goals are too low" but nope just shit talk about how i need to eat burger king.

Anyway, I've already done my research, and even if I had never made this thread, my cycle is already a sound tried and true beginner cycle. Really the only informative advice I got on this thread was to avoid dbol on my first cycle (which I knew I would be advised anyway), the rest was shit talking and bullshit mixed with some occasional facts that I already knew.

My whole point was that with the right diet and exercise (which I have started already), test will get me some extra muscle. Those two meat heads got pissed because they couldn't dispute the one simple point I was making.

The first post I ever posted RJ was the first to respond. He preached diet diet diet and advised me not to do some of the shit I wanted. I will be honest, I wasnt liking him too much but the longer I stayed on the board and read a shit ton more threads...RJ responds to alot of people and really does know what hes talking about and gives great advice. Long story short...I am a student and am willing to learn!

I am just laughing my ass off at this thread hahhahahahha

i know what a dipshit. some how in his delusional mind he seems to think i backed off cause i was proved wrong or something. he has it all figured out so i just decided to quit wasting my time.

RJ has been running gear since this little tykes grandma was getting banged by the milkman. For some reason though he seems to know exactly what is going to happen on his test cycle. whatever i guess you cant blame him, he is just a stupid fucking newbie thinking test is some magic pill. He will learn and we will say we told you so.

i wish i cared less about people injecting hormones into their body without really understanding the gravity of what they are doing. I just feel bad for guys that make uneducated decisions. for every single steroid there is, I can name you a negative for every positive you can name. this goes for ancillaries too.

If your going to do something like inject steroids, you need to make it worthwhile. anything you ever do in this game has a risk/reward factor. wether they want to believe it or not. the goal is to make the reward much higher than the risk, this asshole has it backwards.

PS i will say one last time, your diet is not going to make you gain very much on your cycle. maybe 2 lbs when its all said and done.
