i'm 25 5'9'' 185lbs. around 11% bf, front squat 250, back squat 320, bench 280, dl 380. have been lifting since high school this is going to be my first cycle i know sust is 4 different types of test, but the reason for the prop is since its a short ester i was hoping it would help kick in the sust. (since sust doesnt have too much prop in it) im thinking about running sust 250 x2 a week making it 500 a week and also run .5 prop with it also twice a week all in all it should equal out to be about 600 total for a week
any thoughts or suggestions? thanks guys
