First Cycle: Sust 250 and Test Prop

Going to be starting first cycle within the next week. Been creepin around the forums for a while reading up on everything, but never really posted too much to ask questions. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.
 
You should provide details of your planned cycle, your cycle history, personal stats (height, weight, age, etc.). You will probably get a better response that way.

But i don't understand running sus and prop
Makes no sense to me.
 
i'm 25 5'9'' 185lbs. around 11% bf, front squat 250, back squat 320, bench 280, dl 380. have been lifting since high school this is going to be my first cycle i know sust is 4 different types of test, but the reason for the prop is since its a short ester i was hoping it would help kick in the sust. (since sust doesnt have too much prop in it) im thinking about running sust 250 x2 a week making it 500 a week and also run .5 prop with it also twice a week all in all it should equal out to be about 600 total for a week

any thoughts or suggestions? thanks guys
 
Been looking into aromasin vs. arimidex, and i think i'm also going to use aromasin 12.5 x2 ED to help keep e2 in check.

Like I said this is my first cycle, any insight would be helpful guys. Thanks
 
If you want to run them both do sust 250mg e4d and prop 50mg e4d so it would look like this..
Mon- 250mg sust
Wed- 50mg prop
Fri- 250mg sust
Sun- 50mg prop
Tues- 250mg sust
Thurs- 50mg prop
And so on...
As for the AI, it's up to you. Both work great and you don't know what one you may prefer till you try both. How long are you planning on doing this cycle for?

Just pin 3x week. Sustanon M & F and Use 1 mL (or 2mL if u want to run 700mgs week) on Wed.
 
Hey guys, been busy with work. Havent had too much time to hop on the forum. Just wanted to say thanks for all the insight. For PCT im gonna use clomid and nolva. Have a while to do some research and find out the best way to dose it. Read a few different ways. Not sure if its because everyones body is different, or if its just personal preference. Any thoughts? BTW pinning for the 3rd time tomorrow. Gonna try to hit right glute by myself should be interesting.
 
Whats up Gents. Havent had too much time to hop on here, but I'm 7 weeks in and I haven't gained any weight really. My strength gains have jumped up like crazy though. A buddy of mine told me not to worry too much about not gaining any weight, cause that just means I won't lose too much weight. Any thoughts on this? Thanks. New stats are 300 bench, 300 front squat, 345 back squat, and 435 deadlift.
