First Cycle (Sust, EQ)

New to the sups side of this and this forum.

19 years old about to be 20. 5'9, 210lbs. body fat extremely low as i was in show condition july 23rd for mens physique (187lbs day of show), bulking up for bodybuilding now. All natural so far. Some lifts are as follow

Bench: 315x5
Squat: 385x5
Deadlift 405x8

I don't care about strength tho, I'm doing bodybuilding now and am fully committed to it. Here are the details of my first cycle

Sustanon 250 (500mgs a week)
Equipose (450mgs a week)
25mg nolvadex daily
25mg aromasin daily

Thinking of adding D-Bol to this.. give me your opinions.

Never drank or smoked in my life and been lifting for 2.5 years now seriously with diet in check..

Diet while on cycle will stay the same as my diet i started a few days ago..

400 grams protein, 600 grams carbs, 200 grams fats along with a cheat meal on top of all that... I have every meal written out specifically but those are my macros

Lifting schedule will stay the same tho

Monday- Chest Bicep
Tuesday- Legs Calfs
Wednesday- Back Tricep
Thursday- Shoulders Traps
Friday- Legs Calfs
Saturday- Back RearDelts
Sunday- OFF
 
I'm hoping to not get gyno cuz of the nova and arimidex everyday and i really never ever get acne so i hope i don't get it and hair loss is not a problem at all in my family....

btw don't take me as arrogant on any of my posts, just giving my two cents and want to learn... I'm very knowledgeable in the training and nutrition aspect of it, just new to the gear
 
thats cool bro i just want u to have a good cycle and do it right.Your to young for gear but lets forget that.You want to do a test only cycle first before adding different compounds.You dont know how u will react to it.learn one compound at a time this is no race u got many cycles ahead of u
 
30lbs doesn't sound bad, that would make me 240 at 5'9. my coach that i parted ways with actually told me to run test deca and dbol all in one for first cycle. but I'm obviously not gonna do that. I'm looking to step on stage july 2013 so that gives me a 8 month bulk and I'm not looking to come off cycle either.... lots of people i talked to said real bodybuilders stay on cycle year round...

Im not getting into all that shit I dont know shit about competing but i know gear.Stick to whats safe and works test e or c if u cant get that Sustanon (sust) will work 500 mg split into two shots if u get Sustanon (sust) 3 shots mon wed fri for 12 to 14 weeks followed by post cycle therapy (pct) 2 to 3 weeks after your last pin.clomid 50/50/50/50 nolva 40/40/20/20. no need for nolva on cycle if u got the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) workin.there are many other sides beside acne and gyno brother do alot of research.

completely agree with Bundy, Sustanon (sust) is a wicked first cycle , if its good Sustanon (sust) youll grow like shit

you may get some bloat but take Aromatase inhibitor (AI) & eat clean, dont need d-bol or eq for fist cycle, save those, plus i dont like d-bol mixed in an eq cycle personally anyways

no need for 25mg of clomid on cycle - overkill
 
yah ill b 20 in a month, i know I'm young but i have talked to lots of people who compete and have been ifbb pros and they said its a good age given i have a good base. i walk around and people straight up assume and think the know for a fact that I'm on shit when I'm not yet and its really because i have my diet and training down. and i didn't mention post cycle therapy (pct) because i wasn't planning on any... I've been told by 4 different people, one being a friend whose a chiro and rn, another 2 being bodybuilders one at ifbb level and another friend that if I'm looking to go far in this sport, i need to stay on year round
 
Swole I totally understand your excitement about this, but I would disagree with your logic here. Pros certainly had their starting point and while they may stay on cycle for long periods of time, their first cycle was probably a little less aggressive. Until you're well into it, you really just don't know how your body will react to these compounds. This is why so many guys preach starting with test only.

With that diet, I have no doubt you'd clear 20-30 pounds in 12 weeks. And yes you could add dbol to the front end, but I'd definitely drop the EQ. Most importantly, man we just want you to do this the smart and healthy way. Don't rush into this thinking you're going to blow up to monster size in a year without considering all the possible side effects and how to deal with them.

The other issue with long term use, is that you have to up the dose occasionally because your body gets used to the level it's seeing. That's why gains usually start to fall off after 12-14 weeks on.
 
i hear ya brotha, so would u say start with Sustanon (sust) and if i react to it well add th eq in a few weeks in or just Sustanon (sust) throughout the whole 16 weeks
 
19???? Are you sure you've thought this through buddy because there alot of threads on here of vets saying if they could turn back time they wouldn't have started so young. I know this is not what you want to hear but your playing with fire. what you going to do when you've finished competing?
 
If you got people telling you that you need to stay on year round at 19 years old, then your lucky to have found this board, u need some better advice than that bro, that is just ridiculous.
 
if your planning on staying on year round at your age. one thing to consider, you most likely will loose your own bodies ability to make test and you wont be able to have children - will become sterile

coming off will be very difficult and also some guys develope tolerance ot other side effects eventually that make staying on after several years difficult

also the whole being young argument. i do agree with you guys, i am young and typically people my age shouldn't be on shit... my 2 cents is this.xrays show and doctor said my growth plates are closed, won't be growing anymore... my results in the gym, even 25 year old natural men wish they had my physique and strength, so i think i have come pretty close to my natural potential given I'm 5'9, low body fat and 210 lbs.. when it comes to diet in training, no doubt i am knowledgeable. people think i am running shit everyday when I'm not... so the reason i want to run something is because ex coach and many other bodybuilders including pros told me i should and also my chiropractor which is also my friend told me it would be fine given i have a solid foundation and growth plates are closed... i would have blood work done often and anything i need prescribed would be there for me. if i want to step on stage, i won't stand a chance all natural trying to compete on a national level, we all know being natural in the npc is like an oxymoron and no i do not want to do natural shows. so realistically, how much bigger can i naturally get at 19, basically 20 and at 210 lbs LEAN.

i want to here arguments and explanation as I'm the type who values opinions which can b backed up or with logic and thats why I'm here, to here opinions... i want to learn from this as well
