1-18 500mg hcg(2x250Tuesday friday)
1-18 .25 arimidex eod(I will increase it according to the situation)
16-20 10mg cardarine ed

Personally I think it all looks pretty text book, looks great. I know a lot of guys like the hcg at 2 shots of 500 each. (1000 per week). I love 500 test for first cycle and love 16 weeks. Anything else is just too short for me

it looks good just delete the cardarine.
best to do a solid base minus that and get bloods done before, during and after to properly monitor it.
