First Cycle - Test E 600mg with Dbol kickstart

Stats
23 Years old, lifting for 5 years, prior Air Force as well (lots of conditioning training), currently 158 pounds @ 5'6".

Training
Monday - Chest and Tris
Tuesday - Legs and Abs
Wednesday - Cardio
Thursday - Shoulders and Abs
Friday - Back and Bis
Taking weekends off

My cycle will look like this

Weeks 1-12.5 - 2x300mg Test E (Sunday and Wednesday Nights) (25 shots total)
Weeks 1-2 - 30mg DBol e/d
Weeks 3-4 - 40mg DBol e/d
Weeks 1-13 -.5mg Arimidex 3x week (Sunday Wednesday Friday)
Weeks 5-13 - 250iu Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 2x week (Sunday Wednesday)
Weeks 16-17 - Clomid 50mg ed Nolva 20mg ed
Weeks 18-19 - Clomid 25mg ed Nolva 10mg ed
Week 20 - Nolva 10mg eg

Throughout the whole cycle I will be pinning 2x 100mcg GHRP6 for hgh (been running this stuff since March and don't plan on stopping) so I hope it helps with my post cycle therapy (pct) and keeping the gains. Pretty solid cycle yes?

I also plan on running this Mid September, trying to bulk up to 165-170 before I do this.

Thoughts or comments?
 
Looks pretty good. I would for sure keep bulking as much as possible and the dbol should be a good kickstart. You've come a long way in 2 years just remember to keep eating.
 
First, 23 is still on the young side, I would do more research on this and make sure you understand all of the risks. I would wait at least a year if it were me.

Aside from your age, you've laid out an excellent first cycle! My only comments would be to start with 20mg of dbol on the first day, just to get the feel for it, then run 30 until you feel ready for 40. Make the move to 40 when you're ready, rather than by the calendar, my guess, end of week 1. I like to take dbol all at once pre-workout on gym days. On non-gym days, I'll only have 1 in the morning and one in the afternoon, or even skip it all together to give my liver a break. You should add ALA and NAC both for liver protection. post cycle therapy (pct) looks good, but I've never tapered it down that much. I usually run 50/20 for all four weeks, but you might do well on yours. I doubt you'll need the 5th week of Nolva.

It's damn near impossible to bulk and stay cut at the same time. If you want to put on some good muscle mass, you're going to have to say bye bye to your abs for a little while and EAT! You can cut back down after your bulk cycle.

I eat non-stop for the most part, mostly carbs and protein in the morning and a lot of casein at night. I float around 3500-4500 clean calories a day.

Drop the dbol and bump up yor cals

Only reason I want to run the DBol is because I want to have a bigger base for week 4-5 when the test really kicks in. I heard that's about how long it takes for the Test E compound to "kick in" so I figure I'll drop the DBol and be able to feel pure test at that point.

I've almost never NOT had abs in my life, even when intentionally bulking. As far as my age, I'm 100% sure my growth plates are closed, as growing up I was an asthmatic and had to take albuterol (both of my younger brothers are over 6 foot tall, I got the short end of the stick there). As far as other hormonal unbalances from my age, I'm hoping the HPTA doesn't completely shut down by using Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and it's a short enough period where I won't be harmed.

I've heard from a lot of people that anything under 25mg DBol is a waste unless you are using it as a bridge or cruising with it alone, that's why I chose 30mg. If anything, I'll take your advice for the first day or two and if it works well, stick with it like you said. Let my body tell me how it is and work from there. As far as Liv support, would this be decent enough? CEL Cycle Support (amazon.com/CEL-CycleAssist-240-CApsules/dp/B0074VDB8G/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1371579323&sr=8-1&keywords=cycle+support) (Forgive me if links aren't allowed, I'll take it down if that's the case)

As far as not tapering, is there any reason why I should or shouldn't do that in particular? Or just your own habits? I've seen a million and one 100/50/50/25 clomid threads as well as 40/20/20/10 for Nolva, but I know one counteracts the sides of the other (to an extent) when ran together, so I figured my own dose out based on that. Would I be better off running the extra week of nolva before hand to help clear estrogen before the Test E is completely gone from the system?

I work out in the afternoon, I heard that since DBol is so anabolic that you should take it first thing upon waking up to take your body out of the catabolic sleep cycle. Would you recommend that in this scenario? I'm thinking on cycle I might lose my abs for a while, but I've never done cardio before either, just always had a locked down diet. I'll be sure to have a thread when I go on which will have a picture log as well.

You seems pretty lean in your photos, however I wouldn't recommend bulking before you start your cycle. I would recommend you prime before you start, though in your case lightly. Priming is cutting down a bit before starting a gaining phase. Basically you will gain a larger percentage of lean mass if you start bulking at a lower bodyfat than a higher one. In your case you are already pretty lean so it won't make a huge difference, however cutting back your intake 15% or so for a few weeks before you start your cycle would still have some benefits (mainly through gene expression).

As for your routine 13 weeks is a large period of time and I would personally change up your routine at least once during your cycle. What does your set/rep structure look like? With gear your best gains will most likely come from volume with lighter weights, though lifting heavy is always tempting when on...

Separate topic, but arguably more important than the aas, have you calculated your macros?

ur forearms look bigger then ur bicep/tricep.. you've been jacking off too much!

I'm actually married so no need for that! I attribute most of the mass on my forearms to growing up riding 4wheelers and dirtbikes.

I actually won't be starting this cycle for another 10-12 weeks, still trying to gain as much lean mass as possible before I cycle, I'm sure I will plateau again in a few months and then bust through it with the AAS.

As far as dropping the DBol, I've heard a lot of people saying that it takes 5-6 weeks for Test E to kick in, so if I have any sides within the first 4 weeks I can drop the DBol immediately and it should clear within a day or so.

I've been eating more and more, especially with the introduction of GHRP6 to my routine, I've gone from 150-155 to 160-165 in about 2 months, whereas it took me 6 months to go from 140 to 145. I only do the "cardio" after leg day to help subside the doms I get from the previous days exercise. It's more Interval training on the stair stepper and the rowing machine than true cardio.

Keep in mind, these photos are over a year old, I'm bigger now, just giving people a baseline.
