Hey guys just a quick breakdown of what I am planning to do.
My goal isn't for putting on as much mass a possible sure any muscle I gain will be awesome but I want to use the Test so I can train longer and harder and recover easier so I'm not a zombie at work.
I have been lifting for 3 years I train Brazilian Jiujitsu and Muay Thai which I have been doing for about 2.5 years I want to up my training intensity etc... and recover faster those are my goals.
I am 23 I currently train martial arts 15 hours a week and lift 3x a week dead lifts squats bench press pull ups and pushups...
I am 5'11 190 lbs 10% body fat
I am going to do 300 mg of Test E for 10 weeks 2 weeks off and than 40/40/20/20 Nolva for pct
any advice would be greatly appreciated
