First Cycle Test E Only Questions

Today so far from 7AM - 4PM (NOW) I have ate two PBJ sandwiches, two slices of pizza , an apple, just ate another three slices of pizza, and had a milk/protein/ and peanut butter loaded shake.

I will start recording them in weeks. I am very confused about the whole Nolva, Clomid, Aromasin etc argument

not enough, I say double it up, what you stated is what I eat for breakfast alone some mornings :)
 
Damn. How many cals a day? Should I just carry PB everywhere and take scoops of it throughout the day? Lol I am trying.

I know lots of guys and girls who carry a jar of peanut butter and jelly in the bags wherever they go. Great power snack at any given time. You have to always be munching on something to get the best resluts. results I mean. lol

Where's the meat? Pizza is kinda shitty to be eating all day. Maybe you should save your money and hire 3j. Your not eating. Mass gainers are junk. You need lots of quality food. As far as your first cycle goes, you've been instructed to read the beginner cycle stickys...

Clomid + Nolva is the preferred PCT from what I understand. See that beginner cycle sticky for more info on that stuff.

Adex or aromasin is personal preference. Most seem to think aromasin is a little better, it has less negative impact on your lipid profile from what I understand. It's also supposed to be harder to crash your E2 (overdose it). I am a firm believer in dosing aromasin ED. Adex I seem to fine with 2x/week. You really won't know what works well for you without trying it and getting the bloodwork done.

I have. It suggests to have Nolva, Aromasin, and Clomid. I have also heard mixed reviews on the HCG.

I'm a big fan of the HCG. It's kept my nuts going through over 2 years of TRT. And it's cheap and easy.

Not a big fan of egg whites but I'm not a good guy to give diet advice so maybe someone else can chime in on that.

So. What do you personally recommend as a PCT? I thought my Clomid and Aromasin was good but I guess not now?
 
I don't really feel comfortable giving advice on the PCT but you are on the right track I think. Just add Nolva to the clomid for your PCT. I've never had to run a PCT so I'm just parroting what I've read here over and over.

Aromasin is run throughout the cycle to control estrogen...I think you have a good starting point there.

HCG at 250iu 2x/week throughout the cycle would keep your nuts running and probably help the PCT along quite a bit.
 
It's really hard for me to gain I have such a fast metabolism and will go to the bathroom right after eating. I'm trying my best.
Can I also take supplements like Up Your mass (shakes that contain high calories for bulking) while on cycle?

It takes between 24 and 72 hours for a healthy adult to pass food from the mouth to the anus. The food you are passing after eating is yesterday's meal. Just remember, the more you eat the more you will poop.

I would hire 3J to get your diet in order. I know you THINK you have it setup properly and such, but he is a trained professional and can surely help you. He is inexpensive, too.
