First cycle test only

Hi everybody, after reading a lot I've seen that a test only is the way to go in a first cycle. I was told to go 500 mg a week splitting it in two doses 3 days a part. This for 12 weeks. But I'm kind of confused on the PCT some guys say to go clomid and tamoxifen and also some HCG. And I read in another sticky that is recommended to take a
Low dose of arimidex everyoder day about 0.25 mg to keep the estrogens at a good level. Any comments intended to help will be appreciated thanks.

First timers 10 weeks. Hcg is used during cycle not post cycle therapy (pct). Adex you can run it rod to be cautious I wouldn't unless gyno comes and then run it like. 5 eod clomid for post cycle therapy (pct) what are your stats

just use hcg all the way through your cycle....there is a blast phase you could incorporate as well before post cycle therapy (pct)....since this is your first cycle I would suggest you just stick to the clomid and tamox for post cycle therapy (pct)

as far as adex....you could start that from the beginning or start when you see signs of gyno....either way you need to run the adex all the way through post cycle therapy (pct) and taper the dose in half (during post cycle therapy (pct)) halfway through post cycle therapy (pct)

My diet and I workout everyday well? One day lifting and 30 min cardio and next day only cardio

clomid and nolva both work on the pituitary in different ways stimulating it to help kick start the hpta therefore to increase chances of natural recovery it is best to use both. Also it has been used this way for decades so why try to fix whats not broken?

.5mg adex eod throughout cycle then when you get two weeks into post cycle therapy (pct) drop it to .25mg eod

usually clomid is 50/50/50/50 and nolva is 40/40/20/20 but whatever you want to do

thats bullshit....if so then why are you concerned about sides from clomid and not nolva? If I were to use one and not the other it def would be clomid....clomid at high dosages can cause some sides but not likely at 50mg, but then again high dosages of anything will cause sides.

I would never use nolva alone and trust that to recover my hpta after its been shut down.

Explain something to me...if option A increases your chances of recovery then why would you go with option B that doesnt have as good of a chance?

Not really a debate you can use what you want for post cycle therapy (pct) some people may and will react different to all this shit to each his own and they both do different things so how the hell can it be stronger

you could start at .25mg eod as swamp thing stated....but you will still have to taper that halfway through pct....IMO I would just go with aromasin
