First cycle test+tbol log

Your probs right, i did up my armidex that day to 0.5 and i think i will keep it there it at 0.5 eod , and the puffiness and itchness has gone.
in a bit of a panic i did order some letrozole yday, just if gyno ever got really bad its good to have it on hand.

you'd be better off with nolva or ralox for gyno. letro does not directly and immediately reduce gyno, nolva or ralox will attack it at the sight and much faster than an AI. also do not use an AI till you get bloodwork because you could just be sensitive to gyno and your e2 may not be that high and letro will surely crash it if thats the case.
 
day 15 weight 222.4(+9.6lb)
gained another 4.6 lb this week, heaviest ive ever been now:)

is there a number that i should be aiming for a week?
this seems a lot of weight to put on i dont want to turn into a fat bloated mess, id like to keep bodyfat under 18%

aim was always 2 pound a week

as for other things, no side effects as of yet now, gyno symptons have gone, training is still the same. no strength increase as of yet
 
apologies for lack of updates. nothing really to update on, no sides, training has not been as intense as usual, feel like the steroids is making me lazy, will be taking couple days off see if that helps, as been training a lot recently

got around 5 more days of tbol , then hopefully test will be kicking in soon

Tbol makes me lazy. Did you ever get bloodwork? If you are still taking the A I and don't know what's going on you may have lowered estrogen too much.
 
thanks for reply, yes im still taking airmidex eod , might sound like a stupid question. how would I go about getting blood work done can I go to my doctor? I'd be surprised if my estro is too low, what would the main signs be? my libido is through the roof atm.

Find a post by Megatron and look at his signature. You will need to get a blood test that has the "sensitive" assay for estrogen for it to be accurate for a male. It is a lot easier than you think. Select the tests you want, print the order and walk into the clinic to get blood drawn. 24-48 hrs later you will have results emailed to you.
 
day 31- weight 225.8lb
somehow lost 2.2lb, have increased my water so could be that. will start to add more calories, eating around 4500 atm

training has improved i think my problem was, i was not drinking enough water, been aiming for 5 litres a day
last 2 days of tbol also, is there anything i need to do when i get off tbol?

looks like some slight recomp goin on. you seem to be getting a wider upper body while narrowing your lower body. it's minor, but i think i can see it. also your delts look fuller. its still early in the cycle keep it up.

ive upped calories , im eating 5000 calories clean now which is hard enough.
i got my tbol and test from diff suppliers, and since ive not used tbol (week 5), feel my gains have slowed right up, surely my test is not fake as i have gotten the sides that go with it(hair growth, libido high), but on the other hand if it is, would tbol really make me of gained 16lb in 5 weeks?
i will try to eat a bit more over next week and see what happens

4weetabix, 400milk, 30gpshake
300g s poatoes, 125 chicken
4 bread 125 chicken
75 brown rice 220 chicken 12 olive oil
100g weight gainer,150 porridge 20 olive oil 3 eggs, 350milk(shake)
apple 60 pasta 3 bananas 50g p shake
6 eggs
30g casein shake 300milk

5002 cal 406g protein 528g carbs 134g fat

i doubt tbol could give you gains like that in a short amount of time. I'd assume your test is real. If in doubt, get a blood test. I didn't really notice the test "kick" on my first cycle either. Long esters come on so gradually it's hard to notice when it kicks in sometimes. Some people really feel it and some don't/ You don't realize the "high" that the test was giving you until you come off sometimes. Now that I know what to look for and I know the signs, i can tell when my test has kicked in.
 
thanks for the reassurance, i guess this is another reason why a test only cycle should be done for first time user. ive upped my calories from carbs getting in around 5500 cal now will update weight in couple days thanks
