First Cycle Testosterone

Heavily considering my first cycle.

I'm 22 year old "hardgainer."
5'7.5 125lbs.

1st total testosterone test lvl - 37 ng/dL(mid-day)

2nd total testosterone test lvl - 440 ng/dL(morning)

SEXHORMONE BINDING GLOBULIN (shbg) - 19.5 nmol/L


Been lifting on and off for about 2 1/2 - 3 years. Never got gains until a good friend had me take Incredible Bulk. Gained 15lbs lost 5. My diet isn't the best due to low appetite/fast metabolism. I go through workout days eating 4 times with 1 or 2 protein shakes. Gains are very tough though.

My cycle right now is looking something like...

Week 1 - Test E (400mg)
Week 2 - Test E (400mg)
Week 3 - Test E (400mg)
Week 4 - Test E (400mg)
Week 5 - Test E (400mg)
Week 6 - Test E (400mg)
Week 7 - Test E (400mg)
Week 8 - Test E (400mg)
Week 9 - Test E (400mg)
Week 10- Test E (400mg)
Week 11- Test E (400mg)
Week 12- Test E (400mg)
Week 13- Eat/Workout/Sleep
Week 14- Eat/Workout/Sleep
Week 15- Eat/Workout/Sleep
(Start post cycle therapy (pct) 3 weeks after Testosterone cycle)
Week 16- Nolva + HCG
Week 17- Nolva + Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG)
Week 18- Nolva + Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG)

I would take my jabs every Sunday in 1 shot. Still unsure on dosages for my post cycle therapy (pct) but will nail down in the upcoming days. I also hear that clomid and arimidex are a lot better than nolva, and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is a must-have? Is this true?

hcg should be ran during your cycle to keep the boys running..don't use Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) in post cycle therapy (pct) as it shuts your HPTA down and this is oppisite of what you want to do. post cycle therapy (pct) is to kickstart your natural test. nolva 20/20/20/20 post cycle therapy (pct) is all you will need for a test only. and bump up your test dosage to 500mg EW.

Caloeric intake 4500 a day.
Protien gram s per day..at your weight 250 minimum.
Training routine..at 125 you need to eat 6 times a day and train like 3 .
Power compound moves reflecting basically a power routine...look it up.

Eat all the time , rest more than you are now..weekends eat eat eat sleep sleep sleep.
Ejaculate as often as possible..it s promotes a lil bit of test, naturally, being released to replace seminal fluid.
Plus it s fun..I do a function test dailey sometimes 2 just cuz.

This is why you're not ready for steroids.

You only gained 15lbs on your first PH cycle and relied entirely on the PH to make the gains for you. You're so far from your natural peak that you made gains, but you couldn't hold on to at least 50% of the muscle you put on.

You won't keep making gains like this. Steroids will help you gain some more weight, but you'll quickly lose it all after post cycle therapy (pct). Steroids do nothing for helping you keep gains. Diet and training do. And you don't know how to do either.

Steroids aren't going to do all the work for you like most people think. You have to pay the upkeep and keep paying for as long as you want to make gains and keep them.

Jump over to the diet/training sections and spend a few years over there. You'll EASILY make it 180ish naturally.

Plus you're too young like Teut mentioned
 
Bro, I think Teut answered you best with sound advice. We hear it all the time the typical, "I am a hard gainer." "I can't gain weight." Well how do you expect Steroids to fix that problem?? The problem is a diet and training problem you have. On top of that, you are very young and to be honest with you, you weigh as much as a petite girl.

I am not bashing you, just trying to help you out man. Stick around and hit up the diet and training forum. You will be surprised where you can get naturally. Remember, steroids are the icing on the cake but without no cake, there is no need for icing. Once you have reached your natural potential and have all avenues of training and diet in check, then feel free to explore your options.
 
Organic, these guys are not shitting on you bro. They are trying to help you out for the long term.
If you really are a hard gainer then try this out.
You should eat not more then 5 big meals per day. Ideally 3 really big meals and 2 shakes. This would help to slow down your metabolism.
You can eat pizza and McDs too but not all the time.
Eat red meat at least once per day. Eat all kinds of meat and poultry, penut butter and jelly sandwiches, lots and lots of eggs and milk. Nuts to snack on all the time and hard boiled eggs.
You can pretty much eat anything your want within reason.
Sleep all you can anwhere you can for the same reason.
Your workout.
You need to think less is more.
By this I mean you need to concentrate on the BIG Compound Lifts only.
Bench,
Bent over rows,
Seated or standing overhead press,
Squats
Dead lifts
Pull/Chin ups
and that is all!!
You do this and I tell you, you will grow big and strong.
You do this for a year and then you will be ready for enhancments.
You will want to workout schemes like 5x5, 3x10, 10x3 etc.
You do not want to get into volume training and do not do any more cardio then say a 10 min warmup for lifting.
You should workout a max of 3 days/week. 2 days would be better. If you go to 2 day per week workout twice per day.

No icing without the cake. That does make sense. I do admit my training and eating regimen can be a lot better. I get good rest as it is already. 8-10 hours a day. I have been told to stick to compound exercises before and did it for a while but strayed ever since. Will give it a more serious and thorough effort (as in only focus on compound workouts) and see how it goes. Not that my current workout regimen is bad, I am seeing results, getting more cut. But I'm not gaining anything relevant to muscle mass. Both my parents have a history of being super-thin early on and gaining weight around their late 20's early 30's.

The reason I have been looking into steroids is to give me that boost or jump start into getting bigger. Though it seems I have it backwards... your supposed to get big and then take steroids to "enhance" what you already have? Going to do a lot more research before I "take the plunge", and spend time tweaking my workout and eating regimen.

your routine should consist of squats, deads and bench.............anything thing else is just an afterthought.

you should be hammering these so hard right now that you are so tired you cant do much else.

you should be lifting so heavy that you shit your pants on your 3rd or 4th dead and cannot possibly do another one................seriously.............i tell guys all the time.........if they dont have swamp ass after deads they are not lifting heavy enough...............I am much more mindful of what i eat before the gym on deadlift days...............
 
extremely bad news

for every pound of muscle you gain you will have to eat even more to maintain it or you will lose it again. eat , eat , eat
