this is my first cycle im a physique competitor ..please give me feed back

weeks 1-12 test cypionate 500mg
weeks 1-12 arimidex .25ed
weeks 6-12 oral winstrol 75mg ed

pct weeks 15-18 nolvadex
 
Generally, we like to know more stats... Age, weight, height, bf%.

If you're going to run this at maintenance calories to keep things where they're at, I don't much see the point. Your first cycle is always the most profitable and IMO should be run with the intent to bulk (which you can do with a moderate calorie surplus and still manage a quasi-recomp).

Since this is your first, most would say to drop the winstrol. Its just going to dry you out and unless you're in the 5-8% bf range, I don't think you'll see much difference by using it.

PCT details? I tend to say run both Nolva @40/40/20/20 and Clomid @ 100/100/50/50.
 
Well what are your goals then? And what kind of timeline are you dealing with here? Its possible to acheive any number of outcomes on a cycle. Obviously on a carb depletion diet, your gains are going to be minimal. At that kind of bf%, you're pretty well in tune with your diet. Have you calculated your TDEE recently? The biggest part of this is going to be how you eat... and since you're so lean, there's a lot of science behind what you eat and when... which I honestly don't understand completely.

If you're truly looking for some intense (awesome) diet help, 3J in the diet area can work up an incredible plan for you with his services.
 
Didn't like your other thread? How did you lose 5lbs and gain 1% body fat in the time between threads? Seriously man, you need to stick to one thread - making multiple threads makes you look shifty.
 
i train pretty hard..my diet consist of just watching my carb intake my protien intake is very high always double my bd weight, carb intake is fairly low as i try to keep it just before and after workouts..i watch more then anything my sodium intake.
 
dude if you guys new how fucking hard i trained man u wouldnt talk shit.. i am currently on a zero carb diet preparing for a photoshoot..i work my ass off 6 days a week. work to buy food.. i really would appreciate if you guys can just help me with info thats all i am asking man

I'm not talking shit. you're the one that is talking shit and wasting everyones time. You posted a completely different protocol on another forum, and you stated different stats. Make up one character and stick with it.
 
hey everyone i am new to steroids i have done some test before just didnt finish it,i did it randomely with like a week of dbol(i didnt knowwhat the fuck i was doing) but know i have done alot of research i use to be 260 16 percent bf and for the past 8 months have learned to diet and to really train the right way, now i am 190 4 percent bf and want to keep very low bf due to me going into physique competitions. i want to start a cycle asap but want to grow with hard and lean gains,strength aswell ..i currently have test cypionate and prop some var,winnie,mast, and tren stacked in my room lol ..just want to know what cycle i should do please help asap..

I hear ya, I take 5lb shits regularly. But to do so and gain 1% body fat is pretty amazing. Look man, we're not going to judge you and you've been given advice on your cycle proposal. I don't understand why the need to change things around. I have a feeling that you're not ready for AAS just from the emotional/mental aspect alone. Sorry man, but something just doesn't jive here.
 
Losing my edge, Need help

I'm 33, 6'0", 210 lbs and 9% body fat(yeah my profile pic is really me). I've been lifting for about 15 years. In that time I have had excellent diet and nutrition and followed a strict supplement regimen(including pro hormones). Over the past year I have changed nothing with my diet and workouts however I have lost muscle size(was a solid 218), lost strength and gained body fat. The workouts just feel harder than before. And it takes me longer to recover. I want to do a cycle but desperately need advise on what to do.
