First Cycle , Want a confirmation whether its OK. :)

Hi.
So after a long this would be my first cycle.
I am 25,5'8" , 162 lbs ,14% bf.

So the cycle would be:

Week 1-12 : Test E 500mg/week (250mg Monday , 250 mg Thursday)

Arimidex : .25 mg eod.

Week 14-18 : Clomid 100/100/50/50 ed , Nolva 40/40/20/20 ed..

HCG if available : 250iu with the test on monday and thursday.

I tried to get HCG but couldnt find it locally.. Should i give it a go without HGH ?
And is the arimidex dosage OK or should i go with the conventional .5mg eod ?

lower your arimidex dosage to 0.25 and then up it, see if how much u would need. and nolva do 40mg for first 2 weeks. everything else looks good bro. good luck

i can get only 1 mg tabs of arimidex. So what might be the suggested dosage? Or shall i take nolva throughout the cycle??

thats the dosage it usually comes in, you have to break the pill into 2 pieces for .5mg or 4 pieces for .25mg. save nolva for pct alongside with clomid.

start at 0.25 EOD and up the dosage depending on your needs

u can buy pill cutters from a pharma, just split your pills either in half for .5, or quartly ( 4 pieces) for .25

HCG usage varies depending on who you ask, imo IF you can afford it than its better to be proactive than reactive.

Imo do hcg itl help u keep gains fron what ive read and been told by some of da guyz here and they know there stuff lol

Also get ur diet checked iut my waz really crap and i got slated for it but its good to get everything checked out scrutinized then embark on ur cycle.. good luck bro

I am running HCG just to do everything right and not have my balls shrink up.

Most people I talk to say its not needed.

Just do 1mg e3d if all you have is 1mg caps.

Do not do this! That is most likely way too much Arimidex. It would crash your estradiol.

KBD: what is the deal with trying to be a contrarion to everything lately? It is one thing to challenge ideas; but it is another to recommend Deca-only cycles and taking too much Arimidex.

start with lower AI dose, might be all you need.HCG is not a MUST, but i do rec it for longer cycles (16wks +) IMO. and i rec it the last 4-5 weeks of cycle leading up to BUT NOT INTO PCT.
many ways to do it, but dotn use it during the PCT time.
everything else about cycle looks great, looks like you did your friggin research! : )
but have you been training and eating right for an extended period of time already is my only worry here?

nolva is not an AI... its block estrogen at breast, but doesnt lower it, so you still have the issue brewing and your just covering some of it up. use nolva and clomid in pct. split tabs into 4 parts, liek with a pill splitter ( google it, they are cheap)

like stated if they come in 1mg pill format, easily grab a pill cutter at your local pharma for 5 plus dollars, simple, takes no time at all, and done deal
